Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully crafted, filled with beautiful details and small stories expressed through art pieces, textures, and design. It feels less like a hotel and more like a curated experience.

The room was exceptional, comfortable, elegant, and perfectly designed for rest after exploring Cartagena. We were also graciously offered a few extra hours for checkout, which made the stay feel even more personal and generous.

A special mention to Yeison and Kelly, whose service and attention to detail were truly outstanding. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made us feel welcome from the first moment and ensured everything was flawless throughout our stay.

Lola is not just a place to sleep, it’s an experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for character, comfort, and top-tier service in Getsemaní.

Great location and nice stuff!
Pros:

So, the location is directly in the heart of Getsemani which is really great!
Also, the stuff was awesome! I had some complaints but the stuff handled this very professional and they were really sorry about my complaints.

Cons:

I had some things which I thought for a 5star rated hotel and this high prices was not acceptable. But to be honest: the team/stuff handled my complaints very well and I must value that this was a five star service how they handled my complaints.

everyone was great, especially Kelly who helped with early check-in and an anniversary upgrade.
Pros:

The location was absolutely prime - couldn't have asked for better. We were in Room 6, which turned out to be perfectly positioned away from the hotel bar and rooftop area, so it was nice and quiet. Even though our room was street-facing, the nightlife in the area didn't disrupt our peace at all. We didn't end up trying the breakfast since we had other spots in the area we wanted to check out, but the rooftop pool was a highlight for us - two separate mini pools up there, and we loved it!

Cons:

Honestly, we have nothing negative to say about our experience. Everyone we encountered was great and friendly, and everything met or exceeded our expectations.
