Pesimo servicio a la llegada, espere mas de una hora por la entrega de habitacion que me dijeron tardaba 10 mimutos. Pedi algo de comer y despues de 35 minutos nunca me sirvieron lo que pedi en el restaurante. HAbitacion llena de polvo, con la lampara de luz principal sin funcionar, sin posibilidad de preparar cafe. Sin cobijas necesarios, con fallas en el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado que genero ruidos de pitos de encendido y apagado en la madrugada.
Tiene una excelente ubicación en Getsemani, fácil para caminar por la zona y también para ir al centro histórico. El restaurante al lado del lobby es muy agradable. El personal super amable.
El estilo del hotel es ecléctico lo cual lo hace único pero también puede generar disgusto a quienes prefieren habitaciones y espacios impecables.
Casa Lola was excellent! The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and greeted us with a smile every-time. Breakfast was delicious, the bed were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby.
I had a great stay at Hotel Lola in Cartagena and would absolutely stay here again.
The first thing that stood out was the design. Every area of the hotel has its own unique vibe, from the check-in area to the common spaces, making the entire property feel fun, stylish, and full of character. The rooms were just as impressive. Mine was a two-story loft that was both comfortable and unique, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping the room nice and cool even in Cartagena’s heat.
The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, and I was greeted with a welcome drink as soon as I arrived, which was a great first impression.
The food was another highlight. The arepas were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, and the hotel’s central location makes it easy to walk to countless restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions.
The only minor downside is parking. It can be a little challenging directly at the hotel, but there are several secure parking lots within a short walking distance, so it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, Hotel Lola exceeded my expectations. Between the unique design, comfortable rooms, great food, friendly staff, and fantastic location, it’s an easy recommendation. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing rooftop and pool. The staff, especially Yerson, Santiago and Duber went out of their way were outstanding and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The breakfast, service, decor, location… all if it made this a 10/10.
La zona de la terraza
Había cucarachas, zancudos, y mucho polvo en las habitaciones. No había agua caliente. No tenía toallas ni papel higiénico en los baños, no había nada q mostrara un hotel boutique
El hotel es un encanto, todo es para vivir una experiencia debido la atención, la decoración envolvente (inspirada en los patios de Al-Andalus), su terraza, su comida.
La habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña, si bien ofrecieron un upgrate que no pude tomar. Pero daba la sensación, a veces, de agobio
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lola and would highly recommend it. The hotel kindly upgraded us, which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special.
The location is fantastic — perfectly placed to enjoy everything around Cartagena and ideal for exploring the city. The restaurant was excellent, the pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable.
Most importantly, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The service was consistently good and made us feel very well looked after. We had a great time and would happily return.
There were only a few small areas for improvement. The hot water sometimes took a few minutes to come through, the rooms could benefit from a little more lighting as they felt quite dark at times, and in the two-storey rooms it would be helpful to have a phone and a few amenities upstairs for extra convenience.
Overall, these were only minor details and did not take away from what was a very enjoyable stay. We had a great time and would gladly return.

This hotel is so lovely and visually engaging! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were wonderful. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was very friendly. Special shout outs to Yeison and Kelly for their help with taxis and transfers. They went above and beyond to help us!

El servicio es perfecto !!! The ambiance is perfect too. Desayunos estan muy rico. We loved the hotel, the rooftop is magic.
