Una estancia maravillosa. Todo ha sido perfecto y me he sentido muy a gusto. Excelente atención y un ambiente estupendo. Sin duda, ¡un lugar para repetir y recomendar!

J'ai adoré la chambre, une ambiance magique et tropicale unique. Un voyage dans le voyage... le bruit de l'eau qui berce chaque moment de la journée. Un personnel à l'écoute et très professionnel. Je recommande vraiment d'y aller, une expérience découverte à part entière. Le restaurant est top, à découvrir aussi et je ne parle pas des cocktails !

Su ambiente y su decoración. Se siente como transportarse a otro lugar, y todo está decorado con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones están diseñadas con muchísimo esmero, y los baños abiertos, donde uno se siente como duchándose al aire libre, son una maravilla. También me encanta que a pesar de estar en medio de la animación y la vida nocturna de Getsemaní, es un pequeño oasis donde no se siente nada una vez que entras.

Las instalaciones son hermosas, te sientes en cada rincón en un sitio diferente del hotel y de la ciudad , fui por una junta de trabajo y me pareció un lugar muy tranquilo con un salón comedor privado para realizar mis juntas sin ruido y la atención del personal continua y dispuesta a complacer los gustos personalizados de mis invitados, la comida excelente con un menú para todos los gustos y luego de la reunión pudimos disfrutar de la terraza con una espectacular vista de cartagena

Fue un lugar perfecto para desconectarnos, descansar y compartir tiempo juntos. La experiencia fue excelente y nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendamos a quienes buscan pasar unos días especiales. El desayuno de la costa muy bien, al atención muy correcta y disfrutamos especialmente la tarde en el rooftop

Everything! The check in was quick and smooth, the staff amazing, service oriented, and always with a smile. The room was just incredible, very comfortable bed and very cozy bathroom. The breakfast is stunning, you can choose a lot of options, all very tasty, real colombian coffee. And the rooftop is a must when you stay in Casa Lola, you enjoy amazing views with a great food. Being honest, my hotel if I come back to Cartagena again!

Every meal I had while staying at Casa Lola was delicious. The Wait staff was excellent along with the ambiance of the Restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed each dining experience.

La habitación fue muy cómoda. Su decoración logra integrar el presente y el pasado colonia de Cartagena transmitiendo un mensaje de historia y confort. Su personal es muy amable. Es una verdadera lastima que solo estuvimos una noche. Volveremos sin duda.

Cada rincon del hotel ha sido diseñado con un gusto exquisito , un ambiente acogedor , espacios para disfrutar de un dia de sol en la piscina , tomarse un exquisito coctel y ver un hermoso atardecer y ni hablar de la delicia de la comida , disfrutamos de una noche especial en su restaurante Doña Lola. La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta para conocer el barrio precioso de Getsemani y caminar el centro historico . Vamos a echar de menos la comodidad de la cama y la atencion del personal que estuvieron a atentos a cada detalle.

I loved the food served in the restaurant and it’s central location. The roof top pool and area was so enchanting it felt magical.

Tiene una excelente ubicación en Getsemani, fácil para caminar por la zona y también para ir al centro histórico. El restaurante al lado del lobby es muy agradable. El personal super amable.

Casa Lola was excellent! The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and greeted us with a smile every-time. Breakfast was delicious, the bed were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby.

I had a great stay at Hotel Lola in Cartagena and would absolutely stay here again.

The first thing that stood out was the design. Every area of the hotel has its own unique vibe, from the check-in area to the common spaces, making the entire property feel fun, stylish, and full of character. The rooms were just as impressive. Mine was a two-story loft that was both comfortable and unique, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping the room nice and cool even in Cartagena’s heat.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, and I was greeted with a welcome drink as soon as I arrived, which was a great first impression.

The food was another highlight. The arepas were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, and the hotel’s central location makes it easy to walk to countless restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions.

The only minor downside is parking. It can be a little challenging directly at the hotel, but there are several secure parking lots within a short walking distance, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Overall, Hotel Lola exceeded my expectations. Between the unique design, comfortable rooms, great food, friendly staff, and fantastic location, it’s an easy recommendation. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing rooftop and pool. The staff, especially Yerson, Santiago and Duber went out of their way were outstanding and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The breakfast, service, decor, location… all if it made this a 10/10.
