Für den Anspruch ist das Salat Büfett Frühstück ein Witz wer früher im travel Charme war ist maßlos enttäuscht und wird auch schwer wieder kommen. Auf der Terrasse würde man beim Frühstück ignoriert. Ich habe meinen Kaffee dann selber innen bestellt.

Perfekte Ruheoase zwischen den Wandertagen! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft inmitten der Berge! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ausstattung ist modern und gemütlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist toll und der Außenpool ein Traum. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Durch das kostenlose Bus- und Bahnticket ist man schnell auf dem Bergen und erreicht entspannt alle Wanderwege.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit verbesserungswürdig, ledigen Details am Personal und Technik
Pros:

Das Arosa Ivan Hotel ist ein wirklich sehr sehr schönes Hotel sehr gepflegt mit einer super Lage tollen Ausstattung über Schwimmanlage, Freizeitgestaltung und Zimmeröse und Ausstattung des Zimmers. Das Frühstück war Spitzenklasse und auch das Essen war sehr sehr gut.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns leider der Barbereich bei den abendlichen Veranstaltung. Dort war eine Unterbesetzung an Personal festzustellen beziehungsweise haben Bestellung sehr sehr lange gedauert beziehungsweise haben gar nicht stattgefunden. Das ist für einen Fünfsternehotel nicht akzeptabel. Gleichzeitig müssten wir feststellen, dass die angepriesen Klimaanlage im Zimmer auch nach Reparatur durch den Haustechniker nicht angemessen funktioniert hat. Dies darf bei einem Fünfsternehotel nicht passieren.

Wir werden wohl nicht mehr in diesem Hotel buchen. Alles sehr komplizeirt.
Pros:

Frühstück: Sehr gute Auswahl, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Reservierung für Tisch zum Abendessen 2 Stunden vorher abgesagt, sehr sehr ärgerlich

Cons:

Online-Queck in hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, falsche Gästekarte mit Namen und kompletter Adresse eines anderen Gastes, und das in Zeiten in denen Datenschutz eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Ausserdem hat eine QR-Code überhaupt nicht funktioniert.

Es waren alle immer sehr freundlich und engagiert vom Personal. Der Außenpool ist traumhaft und allgemein ist es außen wie innen an den Pools schön ruhig zum entspannen und runter kommen.
