Ein günstiges Fünfsternehotel mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und der Pool waren wunderschön. Auch unsere Zimmer waren perfekt. Sehr gute Cocktails.

Cons:

Die Außenbereich des Hotels wirkten unsauber, nicht einen Fünfsternehotel angemessen. Die Outdoor Tische waren fleckig. Abends fehlte ein schönes outdoor - Licht, um sich noch länger draußen aufzuhalten.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel, allerdings nur im Winter. Frühstück, Service, Abendsessen, Jause sind außergewöhnlich gut

Cons:

Die Motivation der Mitarbeiter im Spa lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ca. 2 Stunden vor dem Schließen der Sauna werden die Handtücher beiseite geräumt, Wasser und Teebuffet werden abgeräumt.
Wir hatten eine Massage gebucht, die Leistung war unterer Standart, der Preis für 50 Minuten hoch.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner et repas au top Personnel très agréable chambre très bien. Seul bémol les oreillers beaucoup trop mous. Le problème rencontré est une portière et une jante de notre voiture abîmée après avoir séjourner au parking souterrain.

Après avoir dormi 7 nuits dans le parking notre voiture a pris un coup de portière et une jante a été abîmée ´ dommage que je n ai pas eu de réponse à mon mail sur ce sujet

Hygiene, locatie en voorzieningen

Communicatie bij inchecken. Bij het ontbijt zit dus ook een lunch inbegrepen. Dit wisten wij pas later.
