Cons:

the reservation staff was unfriendly. I considered cancelling the reservation as they kept stating that I could leave my dog at home.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Der Infinitypool war mega toll. Die Zimmer auch sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielleicht komme ich mal wieder und die Kleinigkeiten sind behoben.

Cons:

In einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte es süßen Sprudel oder Sprite geben und auch nicht ausgehen. Haarspülung gab es auch keine. Im Indoor Pool lagen zwei Metallschienen, damit man mit dem Kinderwagen die Treppe runterfahren konnte. Die waren aber nicht festgeschraubt und sind davon gerutscht, wenn man mit dem Kinderwagen drauf gefahren ist.

Cons:

Hunde Station am Eingang gab es nicht
das für die extra kosten für die Hunde
ein no go.
War bei der Alten Betreiber Geselschaft anders.
Es wird auch an allen enden gespart für meinen geschmack zu viel.
Kein 5 Sterne Hotel leider mehr.

Établissement prestigieux et propre mais malheureusement plus ce qu’il était…
Pros:

L’emplacement ainsi que l’environnement de l’hôtel. Le spa qui est toujours d’une propreté incroyable ainsi que les deux piscines.

Cons:

Nous sommes venu plusieurs fois dans cet établissement et nous sommes désormais déçu de voir que les prestations ne sont plus les mêmes qu’au par avant pour un 5 étoiles. Les petites attentions dans la chambre ainsi que l’amabilité du personnel ne sont plus au rendez-vous… c’est dommage pour une établissement de ce prestige avec tant de qualité.

Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Angebot beim Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Jause zur Mittagszeit hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Frische Salate, leckerer Kuchen und sogar 1-2 warme Gerichte. Das war schon ein richtiges Mittagessen. Top!!! Der SPA Bereich mit Indoor und Outdoor Pool ist Spitze. Das haben wir sehr genossen.

Von Genial bis leider unmöglich alles dabei. Es überwiegt aber das Gute!

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Nachmittagsjause und das Abendessen waren vielseitig, frisch und schön präsentiert. Der Aussenpool und die Aussicht sind wundervoll. Ein Teil des Personals ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gratis Äpfel und Wasser sind toll für Ausflüge und eine nette Geste. Die Deko über Ostern war sehr stilvoll. Über den Gruss zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich mich sehr gefreut.

Cons:

Ein Teil des Personals stellt Getränke wortlos einfach hin. Egal wer am Tisch sitzt dem wird beim Service keine Beachtung geschenkt. Schade. Das Mobiliar etc. ist sehr abgewohnt. Unsere eine Wand im Bad war sehr verschmutzt. Die Livemusik war echt spannend. Der Sänger hat eine gute Stimme kennt aber die Texte nicht wirklich und singt dann einfach freestyle. Leider 3 Tage hintereinander praktisch das selbe Repertoir.
