Mauvaise expérience pendant ramadan tg

J’ai passé le week-end dans cet hôtel pendant le mois de Ramadan et malheureusement l’expérience a été très mauvaise.

Tout d’abord, au moment de l’iftar, le restaurant était très bondé et la plupart des plats qui se terminaient n’étaient pas remplacés, sauf si on le demandait. De plus, les quantités étaient très limitées par rapport au nombre de clients.

Concernant le s’hour, la situation était encore pire. À mon arrivée, je n’ai pratiquement rien trouvé à manger, car la plupart des plats étaient vides. Il n’y avait aucun membre du personnel dans la salle, seulement le chef tout seul. Personne pour nettoyer les tables ni pour remplir à nouveau les plats vides.

Le s’hour était, honnêtement, catastrophique : il n’y avait que des omelettes et du drâa (bouillie), alors que le reste des plats était déjà terminé et n’a pas été renouvelé.

De plus, la réceptionniste ne nous a pas donné la bonne information concernant l’heure d’ouverture du restaurant, ce qui a encore aggravé l’expérience.

J’espère que la direction de l’hôtel améliorera l’organisation du service, surtout pendant le mois de Ramadan, afin d’éviter que d’autres clients vivent la même expérience.

Le personnel le calme la piscine le buffet de nourriture le matin et le midi, le lit king size et l'espace chambre avec la petite terrasse

Les gâteaux a tous les repas 🧐🧐les seuls fruits étaient orange et pomme....pas de yaourt au buffet sauf le matin...le buffet du soir peu varié et obligation de manger a 19h sinon il ne restait rien .....

Perfect holiday
Pros:

Staff was really friendly and helpful. When we arrived in the evening (just before dinner would finish) we were sent straight to the restaurant to make sure we could get our dinner on this evening, check in was done after we had eaten. This was a very kind gesture. Breakfast and Dinner was a buffet with plenty of delicious food, the chef and waiters were very attentive.
The hotel and our room was kept spotless clean. We very much liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool (for the brave ones who like cold water). The sandy beach was only a 7 minutes walk away, where you could walk for miles. The New Medina also just a few minutes walk away. A bus stop for local buses to Nabeul and Hammamet across the road with buses running every half an hour for very little money . We really enjoyed our stay at TMK Flora Park - Adults only and would return to this hotel any time. Our special Thank You goes to Ayub, Mohammed and Islem from reception, the Morning Chef who kindly made boiled eggs for us every morning instead of fried eggs or crepes, and the Chambermaid who kept our room super clean. Merci beaucoup!

J’ai réservé deux chambres.
La première n’était pas faite, malgré le fait qu’ils nous aient donné la clé ; ils nous ont donc attribué une autre chambre.
Dans la deuxième, une suite, j’ai trouvé un T-shirt dans l’armoire.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très calme. Nous avions une suite qui était splendide. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien, juste mentionner que si vous voulez des activités, ce n'est pas la place. C'est très calme et relaxant.
