Important information:

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for the 24th and 31st of December. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Children from 2 to 11.99 years old are charged -50%.

Full Board includes some drinks for lunch and dinner. Besides water, you might choose one of the following drinks: wine (50cl) or a soft drink bottle.

Service impeccable, nos salutations au serveur Azzedine pour sa générosité et gentillesse.

Acecttabile per una notte di passaggio, rapporto qualità prezzo media.

Albergo in posizione ottima sul mare, ma piuttosto vecchiotto. Abbiamo passato una notte di ritrono dal deserto, eravamo praticamente gli unici turisti, ma alla sera bar pieno di uomini. Camere standard medio tunisino, decisamente basso per standard europeo. Comunque gentili. Comodo parcheggio interno

I liked the property and hope to be next time there.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. I liked the system there. I liked the restaurant and the professional ability of the staff especially Chef Lutfi who was always there in the breakfast time.

The stay was good compared to the price, it could have been better if they just included water in the buffet especially
Pros:

The location is good and close to the Medina. By walking you can go to the beach, Marina port and the markets at the medina.

The hotel is super calm and relaxing.

The room was spacious and comfortable enough for the price.

Cons:

The food was terrible, mostly frozen meals such as meat balls, Chicken tenders.. it had no taste.
Everyday is the same food mostly only few things changed and the variety was poor.

The worst and weirdest thing which I never seen before is that I booked the all inclusive option and still there was no water in the buffet.. I kindly asked the staff about it while I was in the restaurant and they told me to just to go to the bar and buy a bottle.. after the dinner I asked the receptionist about it and he simply said that I needed to buy the all inclusive prime option which includes drinks.. as someone who doesn’t drink alcohol neither sodas, why would I pay extra bundle just to get water ? I found it super frustrating and did not make sense at all.

Pros:

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois au Flora Park et je ne suis jamais déçue.
Le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique, les chambres ont été rénovées, le buffet toujours varié.
J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel.
