Important information:

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for the 24th and 31st of December. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Children from 2 to 11.99 years old are charged -50%.

Full Board includes some drinks for lunch and dinner. Besides water, you might choose one of the following drinks: wine (50cl) or a soft drink bottle.
Alcoholic drinks only will be served to people of legal age.

I absolutely love the the flora park. It’s peaceful the staff are amazing, stayed many times here would highly recommend. Morning chef credit needs to be given he is a lovely man who went above and beyond. Daylel the lady in the shop was also very kind and lovely. Cleaning staff amazing. I'm sorry I didn't catch names, but also receptionist who checked me in was also great, remembered me from my last stay.

Cons:

I think there could be more facilities, for example an ATM in the hotel, iron facilities for the guests. Disappointed that the main bar had no milk for coffee. I also noticed that the chef at dinner was using utensils for raw and cooked meat. Food could be better at dinner.

مشكل تقني في مصرف المياه في المرحاض يحتاج تصليحا بسيطا. وفوطات الاستحمام من الأفضل وضع حجم أكبر

Hôtel calme et propre, à quelques mètres de la plage. Le bar de la plage est très sympa mais la plage est très sale.

Un très bon séjour avec des petits inconvénients comme partout

Nous avons un attachement particulier à cet hôtel qui signifie beaucoup pour notre couple… on s’y sent bien et c’est toujours un plaisir d’y être…

Cons:

Normalement le buffet est de très bonne qualité et varié et bien fourni… nous avons remarqué que le niveau de qualité est vraiment descendu… viande et légumes pas suffisamment cuits pour être moelleux comme dans des préparations mijotées. J’ignore si il y a un lien avec la présence d’un nouveau chef… mais beaucoup de plats pas bien assaisonnés et un manque flagrant de quantité… à 19 h 30 il ne restait pas grand-chose pour les autres… c’est dommage… et il faut y faire attention…

Séjour très reposant et agréable
Pros:

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours à l hotel, le personnel est au service des clients, très respectueux, disponible et souriant.
Le buffet pension complète est très satisfaisant, variés , équilibrés pour les goûts de tous.
Hotel et chambres très propre.
Piscine chauffée en interieur et grande piscine extérieur.
Tout est réunit pour passer un bon séjour
Medina et commerces à proximité
Plage à 5 min à pied
