Important information:

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for the 24th and 31st of December. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Children from 2 to 11.99 years old are charged -50%.

Full Board includes some drinks for lunch and dinner. Besides water, you might choose one of the following drinks: wine (50cl) or a soft drink bottle.

La amabilidad de su personal.

Cons:

La piscina techada tenía pelos en su interior. Había una cucaracha en el pasillo. La playa no era privada como se dice en Booking, era de acceso público y estaba sucia. Cobran el agua, sin atención en la habitación. No hay agua caliente para tomar té.

Reasonable for the price
Pros:

Location was perfect. The housekeeping staff were friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

The staff in the dining room need training on customer service. The doorman has a dark mood on his face all the time. Some of the younger staff do not smile at the customer. Only Mohammed and the breakfast chef do that. The rest are very intimidating with their unfriendly, moody looks.
My first room had towels that were tattered and well worn to the point of perhaps being used before I got there. Towels were upgraded when moved to a different room. I appreciated the effort.

Franchement nulle comme hôtel. Ils indique des choses et en réalité d'autres choses. Salle de gym en panne. La pecine froide. Le restaurant c pas un buffet. Jusqu'à l'arrivée des français et des allemands. Les croissants c'est abîmé rien ne va je recommande pas cet hotel attention a l'arnaque

Au contraire j'ai dépenser 40 millions ds mon voyage pour un mauvais service. Même pas une bouteille d'eau.
