Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, in der Kategorie klein, aber fein.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, man ist ruckzuck in der Altstadt. Und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Loft Bar ist richtig schön. Leider waren wir abends immer die einzigen Gäste. Die Zimmer waren tip top. Das Personal im Wellness Bereich sehr nett. Auch der Wellness Bereich zwar nicht riesig, aber liebevoll gestaltet und völlig ausreichend für ein paar entspannte Stunden.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war manchmal etwas überfordert, aber immer nett. Dass die Bar nicht im Hotel ist, sondern nebenan. Dadurch geht diese schöne Location etwas unter. Der Parkplatz ist sehr weit weg oben am Berg. Man muss schon gut zu Fuß sein. Zum Ausladen vom Gepäck kann man aber vor dem Hotel halten. Etwas Obst zum Frühstück wäre schön gewesen.

Хороший отель! У нас была цель просто отдохнуть, без процедур. Отель помог её выполнить. Завтраки отличные! Персонал весь позитивный и отзывчивый! СПА не большой, но вполне хватило. Мы верно рассчитали, чтоб отель не был переполнен и не было бы кучи орущих детей. Повезло! Все так и было! Спокойный взрослый контингент, на 90% говорящий на русском языке. Очень комфортно! Обед и ужин брать в отеле не стали и не прогадали) Рядом есть приятный китайский (вьетнамский) ресторан с умеренными ценами

Cons:

Нам все понравилось) Но если уж добавлять ложку дёгтя, то разочаровала немного треснутая раковина в номере. И удивило, что в отеле, где есть СПА и водные процедуры, нет ватных палочек и спонжей. Ну и ручка выхода из женской раздевалки в СПА была сломана 3 дня. Починили или нет не знаю, мы уехали

Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist in bester Lage. Das Frühstück war mega lecker und der Wellnessbereich war ideal um schnell entspannen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren uns ein wenig zu hart und Federn im Bettzeug empfand ich als eher unglücklich - nach einer Allergietablette war es aber dann gut auszuhalten.

Größtenteils 2 angenehme, abwechslungsreiche Tage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Service beim Frühstück ebenso!
Die Lage des Hotels war großartig!

Cons:

Das Parken war ziemlich unpraktisch weit weg und auch teuer (über 40€ für 2 Tage)!
Der Lärm vom Nachbarzimmer war bis weit nach Mitternacht sehr anstrengend!

Pros:

Прекрасный отель с командой профессионалов, которые делают ваш отдых незабываемым. Удобное расположение в шаговой доступности от источников, хороший выбор блюд в столовой и замечательная СПА-зона. Благодарю команду отеля за качественный отдых.

Pros:

Krásný hotel na skvělém místě

Cons:

Chudá snídaně. Ačkoliv je do 10:00, v 9:00 už si nebylo skoro co dát.
Prázdný minibar, ani na žádost nebyl druhý den doplněn. K dispozici nebyla ani voda.
V koupelně velká francouzská okna s chybějícím dílem rolety, což je při večerní hygieně nepříjemné bohužel.
