Very disappointing stay

Very disappointing stay – room completely different from the advertised offer.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We booked a Deluxe room, expecting the standard and appearance shown in the photos on Booking.com. However, the room looked nothing like the advertised pictures and felt more like a hostel room than a hotel room of the standard we had paid for.

The room was dirty and in poor condition. There were stains and water marks on the walls with mould, and mould in the bathroom under the shower between the tiles. The room was also missing amenities listed in the description, such as a hairdryer.

On top of that, there was constant noise throughout the night, including doors slamming, talking or other, which made it impossible for us to get a proper night's sleep.

We were unable to report these issues directly to the staff because the reception was already closed when we returned, and there was no staff available at reception on Sunday either. We therefore had no opportunity to raise our concerns with anyone during our stay.

We took photos documenting the condition of the room, including the dirt, damage and mould. Despite the room being clearly different from what was advertised, the hotel refused to refund our money.

The room was absolutely not worth the price we paid. The cleanliness, condition, missing amenities and lack of a good night's sleep made this a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider whether the room they receive will actually match the photos and description on Booking.com.

Personál milý a usměvavý. Skvělé snídaně, hlavně buchtičky s krémem, které jsem dosud nikde jinde neměl. V restauraci, která patří k hotelu, vaří dobře a za normální ceny. Měli docela plno, takže to vědí i místní.

Cons:

Hotel je vedle rušné silnice, takže kdo je trošku citlivější a spí při otevřeném okně, asi bude vstávat dřív než chce. Pokoj byl voňavý a čistý až na podlahu pod postelí. Normálně to nekontroluji, ale bohužel, něco mi tam spadlo a byl tam pěkný koberec z prachu. Ale za mě nic hrozného, do hotelu bych klidně opět zavítal.

Cons:

V noci se z restaurace nese hluk
Po půlnoci netekla tepla voda ale možná se jednalo o nějakou závadu 🤷🏻‍♂️
