Beautiful place

This is a gem! Loved the beautiful scenic view. The staff makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Rooms are clean and decorated with charm. You will not want to miss the view from your room! The pool area is top notch for scenery. My daughter and I took a girl's trip and this was the perfect quaint get-away. Good food and fabulous drinks at the pool. We will return to this hotel soon!

Nice views, friendly staff, quiet and safe

Nothing short of amazing! Would stay here again and again. We had the most amazing views from our Honeymoon Suite and the staff were attentive to all of our needs. The infinity pool is refreshing! Le Moustache is convenient and served scrumptious food. Within walking distance to Fira (20-30 mins) and roughly 3 hours (strenuous but scenic) hike to Oía.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Galaxy. The place is beautiful, and the staff were truly amazing. We could not ask for a better experience! We will be staying here every time we come to visit santorini!

Amazing rooms with even more amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious and so awesome not having to worry about food the second you wake up. Loved the customer service. They helped us with everything including scheduling taxis and planning the week and getting a catamaran ride all figured out. Loved the place and everybody there.

Probably one of the best infinity pools to see the sunset.

The staff was great and the room very comfortable.

The room’s pool is a bit small and there are occasions where people may pass in front of it so not completely private.

Breakfast was amazing every day served in your room.

Great stay at Galaxy Suites & Villas

We loved our stay, our room was spacious, staff were attentive(especially great staff at the reception), the pools were great, we had no issues with reservations at the infinity pool and the pool near our room was basically just ours so it was nice for privacy. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed everything we had. Breakfast was brought to our room which was great, with different options everyday. Now a few things could be improved like having glasses/cups for drinking water/making coffee in the room and the rooms were nice but could use some updating, like painting for example and a shower door/curtain to decrease flooding in the bathroom from the shower. Also the mattress was a bit rough but maybe it’s just me. Overall would stay again but some improvements could be made.

Overall the best in Santorini

Superb!! Accommodation was excellent with own plunge pool & view over The Caldera. Also quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, half way between the bigger towns of Fira & Oei - so thankfully away from the touristy chaos but steps away from many restaurants, including lovely restaurant as part of hotel. Breakfast was included for us and excellent. Katie at Reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble. We had a scooter delivered to front door giving us great access to all areas and adventures on Santorini. I would highly recommend Galaxy Suites without hesitation.

I loved the cave room. It was very unique. The fact it had an inside jacuzzi, a private pool and a view of the sunset each night added to the charm!

Our stay at Galaxy Suites exceeded our high expectations. The property is gorgeous and in a terrific location in Imerovigli. Easily accessible for car transfers and by the footpath between Fira and Oia. Breathtaking views. The staff was phenomenal. Keti at the front desk was incredibly helpful, responsive and super nice. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Le Mustache, was excellent. A delicious breakfast was included each morning and contained more food than we could eat. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, which was perfect for a family of 5. We had a great plunge pool but found that we didn't really need it as the hotel has an incredible infinity pool and another pool onsight with plenty of spaces for sunbathing. My only recommendation would be to label the light switches in the room as there were a lot of them and it was not always intuitive as to which lights they controlled. A very minor suggestion on an incredible holiday property. We hope to return.

We stayed at Galaxy Suites for 5 nights at the beginning of our mini-moon. I honestly couldn't fault our stay everything was fabulous.

- All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
- The views from both the room and restaurant were incredible, especially for sunset over the Caldera
- Breakfasts were delicious and kept us going for most of the day
- We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was great quality
- Cocktails from the bar were very good too.
- The room was very nice and was well designed so that it felt private.
- The hotel is well located, having several good restaurants nearby but the area doesn't feel overly busy. It's easily walkable to get to Fira, and a nice hike to visit Oia

Overall it was the perfect relaxing way to kick off our mini-moon. We would definitely visit again!
