Séjour sympathique avec une localisation idéale
Pros:

L’hôtel fonctionnel, chambre déjà chauffée à notre arrivée.
Sa location est super pour les principaux lieux touristiques de Reykjavik (une dizaine de minutes à pied).

Cons:

En seul petit point négatif c’est le manque de parking gratuit pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Overall very good. Great location, good value.
Pros:

Very handy having a full kitchen available. There were several grocery stores and convenience markets nearby, so I didn't have to go out for all of my meals.

Cons:

Problems with the intercom system and the door keypad. Someone had to come let me in when I first arrived, and issued me a keycard instead of a code. That worked. I left on a Sunday, and there was no one on staff and the intercom wasn't working. I didn't have any sort of emergency # to call. Fortunately, there were restaurant staff in the shared space next door, and they were able to let me in to retrieve my stored luggage.

Consiglio di recarsi altrove se cercate un alloggio confortevole.
Pros:

La vicinanza al centro città.

Cons:

La sporcizia della struttura. La guesthouse è decadente, sporca e trascurata. La cucina non è pulita, e i fornelli elettrici attaccati ad una presa (due soltanto) non funzionano bene e non sono adeguati ad una struttura con numerose stanze.
La camera, inoltre, era sporca e la doccia del bagno molto usurata.

Pros:

I stayed twice. First time room room was small. I was alone and there for 1 night so it was ok. Also no TV but same I was there for 1 night.

Cons:

309 room needs a TV.

Cons:

A wasted night with no sleep. No noise absorption in doors, walls windows. Buses idling just outside the window on and off, cars driving sounding they are just next to me, banging doors in corridors, sounded like a hairdryer for 1 hour at 2am. Also very cold and pillow should have been changed 10 years ago.
More a cheaper hostel then a 3 star hotel.
Worst hotel experience in over a decade.
