Cons:

A wasted night with no sleep. No noise absorption in doors, walls windows. Buses idling just outside the window on and off, cars driving sounding they are just next to me, banging doors in corridors, sounded like a hairdryer for 1 hour at 2am. Also very cold and pillow should have been changed 10 years ago.
More a cheaper hostel then a 3 star hotel.
Worst hotel experience in over a decade.

老板老板娘人很好，很热情

Cons:

1.员工拒绝提供沐浴露洗发水(此项在booking里是包括的，并且我们第一晚的房间是带浴室的)。在我们提示她房间里忘记放了以后她依然坚持说因为旅馆便宜所以不含沐浴露洗发水，(原价170欧)，并且最终只给了我们洗手液。
2.由于第二晚房间被订走了，我们住了两晚不同的房型，员工要求我们第二天必须提前于下一个客人退房之前退房，我提出请求在下一个客人退房后退房被员工拒绝了，理由是她不能要求其他人退房时间。(既然不能要求客人退房时间为什么要求我们？)，等待期间要求我们把所有物品拿出来等待。
以上问题希望老板可以改进。

We stayed here twice, upon arrival and at departure. Felt like coming home.
Pros:

This is a homey place - clean, comfortable rooms, the ability to prepare our own meals, extremely helpful, kind staff.
The people at the front desk ( owners?) go out of their way to make your visit to Reikjavik enjoyable with helpful information, offering luggage storage for a couple of hours as you attempt to balance travel times with check out times. Flexible. Very helpful and relaxed!
Within walking distance of restaurants and shops and public transportation.

Pros:

The beds were very comfy and the location was great. We had hot water and the room was very quiet at night. Good view and easy check in.

Cons:

The parking was fine but we weren’t sure if we were going to get towed or not due to unclear signage and not enough instruction on where to park.

Para estancia corta.
Pros:

El desayuno estaba bastante bien, quitando que los huevos duros estaban canelos, pasados de calor (por mantenerlos en las bandejas calientes).

Cons:

Se oye mucho los ruidos en el pasillo, trasiego de gente abriendo y cerrando puertas toda la noche, por tener baño compartido ubicado cerca de la habitación que a mi me tocó.
