Very bad
Pros:

Very rude staff especially the executive housekeeper, I was really amused on the way they treat guests she pretends to be very friendly when she checks you in but she is very rude and doesn’t keep guest confidentiality she discusses guest stuff with the reception and her juniors…. Very terrible

Great choice
Pros:

Everything was great. I wish I had stayed more than 1 night.
Professional and friendly staff.
Very big room and nice balcony if you're lucky enough to be on the high floor in the building itself.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Highly recommend. Oasis amidst Kampala’s mad traffic and streets. Spotless, great room, great pool. 3 different restaurants, staff really friendly. Secure and quiet. Beautiful setting

Pros:

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, large choice of quality food : I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.

Cons:

The breakfast is very good, but is served at the table based on a menu. It could also benefit from "lighter" or quicker options, for cases in which we would like to grab something quickly but when we have no time to sit and wait.

Amazing, the breakfast restaurant should have better service for non buffet days and communicate waiting times honestly.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely beautiful,perfect and the staff was the best.

Cons:

The La patisserie restaurant had us wait for breakfast for over an hour off the menu,someone called Angella, apparently there was no buffet for 9th when i extended my stay, my boyfriend and i eventually left without it with a 5 minute promise that became 30 extra minutes.

Nice and relaxing including the Spa experience
Pros:

Plenty choices on the breakfast buffet at weekend.
Value for money what I paid for my stay.

Cons:

Had dinner in the Japanese restaurant which didn't meet expectations of what was described in the menu but Le Chateau Brasserie restaurant meal was excellent.
