It was a good stay overall!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast!

Cons:

When we checked in, there was a large brunch happening at the pool. One of the main reasons for going was to enjoy pool time and it was over crowded and filled with tables for part of our pool day.

A surprise by all means
Pros:

Very nice garden and territory. Nice outdoor swimming pool. The concept is nice and you can retreat. Sometimes a bit noisy - but not the fault of hotel. Steaks are excellent - can recommend.

Cons:

Internet does not work consistently. Staff at restaurants needs some training - some try some don’t - not 5 star level. Very slow service- consistently in all eateries.

Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel with a charming garden centrally located. The suite rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The gym is well equipped and the spa services very professional. The various restaurants offer a wide variety of different cuisines.

Cons:

The bathroom setup as a en-suite ‚glass-Box‘ is not really what I expected in a 5-star hotel, but it served the purpose.

Nice place but all some staff are not very welcoming or supportive
Pros:

Property has 2types of rooms, the high end ones are very good and clean

Cons:

One staff was so rude and not cooperative, we hadnt liked the rooms we had booked and requested to be moved but she wasnt willing to help, we got only supported when another one called Nancy came the next day.. so we had to stay in rooms we ddnt like for 2days.

Everything was amazing till the time for breakfast when i was restricted from having more of my favorite deserts
