Exquisite, amazing hospitality, marvelous ambience with the best breakfast you could ask for;
Peaceful place, impeccable service, super lovely staff, super hospitable people. I like that the place is filled with numerous pleasing novelties, and it all just works together. The staff are attentive to detail..got a treat for our anniversary. The place always smells amazing and there's a shop in-house where you can find everything they used to put it together. The sleep was the best I've had in years. Not sure if it's the bed, the scent or the ambiance. It's all put together to, for a moment, make you forget the struggles of life. Would I come back? Not soon enough!! I already miss le petit village

Overall this place is fantastic. Supermarket , choices of 3 restaurants, events, bar etc. The maintenance is always on point they all put lots of effort daily into taking care of the place.
Only thing that could be upgraded is the gym machine, its old and outdated. Free weights are good, could use heavier bells , maybe a cable machine.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the private, peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well. Its location near Arena Mall was very convenient—I could easily go shopping and watch a movie.
I loved the ambience and proximity to a hair salon, makeup studio. The breakfast array was chefs kiss. The staff were very kind and helpful. I got an ironing table and iron to straighten my clothes. The room i chose had a lovely balcony. The bathroom was so clean with very high standard soaps, conditioners and shampoos. I was pleasantly impressed.
The greenery around the hotel was also soothing.

Everything about my stay is always wonderful. From check in, to the stay, the staff and the meals, all staff are so kind and responsive when there is need. Will always come back. The place is serene itself and quiet for good stay.
Everything from A to Z! Employees are a must and very friendly. Clean rooms with total comfort!

Very quiet at night until 8:30am We extended for 5 nights.
Noise insulation : perfect to sleep at night but daily room cleaning means noise after 8:30
No lounge space to sit, relax or read outside the room.

The only disappointing part is that it was my birthday and i had requested prior for the hotel to decorate my room with flowers and some writings upon arrival but nothing happened of the sort and they just told me that they saw my msg late 🤦♀️🤦♀️
It was so disappointing because i wondered how could they say that and i got msgs from them via booking.com confirming my stay and all.
