Nice place but all some staff are not very welcoming or supportive
Pros:

Property has 2types of rooms, the high end ones are very good and clean

Cons:

One staff was so rude and not cooperative, we hadnt liked the rooms we had booked and requested to be moved but she wasnt willing to help, we got only supported when another one called Nancy came the next day.. so we had to stay in rooms we ddnt like for 2days.

Everything was amazing till the time for breakfast when i was restricted from having more of my favorite deserts

I really liked the kind and friendly staff and facilities towards end was really good. Thank you.

Really, really disappointed with the food in Restaurant side.

Breakfast was sorted eventually, and was really grateful for that.

OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE STARVED for 6 days. Since boarding flight in London.

But food at restaurant side was really disappointing.

I ordered plant based and on multiple occasions when receiving food. The food advertised as vegan , had meat taste and dairy feta cheese on it.

The chef HAD NO CLUE WHAT he was doing. And really not a 5 star degree.

I didn't touch the food and just left it.

It was just really odd that , I was first person ever who requested plant based food , made seperatly in different pans and pots.

Store was slightly, overpriced and had little vegan choices.
No gluten free , vegan bread. Or no hummus.

I want to return now.

Could we please make arrangements that its more organised this time.

And preferably one bed instead of 2 . This time.

Very bad
Pros:

Very rude staff especially the executive housekeeper, I was really amused on the way they treat guests she pretends to be very friendly when she checks you in but she is very rude and doesn’t keep guest confidentiality she discusses guest stuff with the reception and her juniors…. Very terrible
