Please note that starting 1 April Auschwitz & Birkenau museum will change booking rules. One of the most important changes in the introduction of personal Entry Cards, that is why we advise to book the tour at least 2-3 weeks before arrival as buying tickets at the reception on arrival day will not be possible. The Auschwitz Museum requires guest list much earlier, that is why prebooking is necessary.

Great Location and customer service. Rooms were clean and well stocked. As a family of 9, we booked 3 rooms and in 2 out of 3 we got a little bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Why was there no wine offered in one of the rooms? We don’t know.
Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of food and drinks. However, the meals à la carte served in the afternoon and evening were not the best quality or flavour. We chose to eat at nearby restaurants instead.
Very small parking and you need to be lucky to get a space.
Overall, we had a very nice few nights in the hotel with great breakfast and good location for sightseeing.

Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt w Krakowie. Lokalizacja na plus. Blisko nad Wisłę, na Wawel dluższym spacerkiem lub komunikacją miejską dosłownie 4 przystanki. Pokoje czyściutkie, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo wygodne łożko, chociaż to jest kwestia indywidualna. W naszej łazience była wanna co dla mnie jest dużym plusem. Śniadania bardzo bogate, wybór tak duzy, że nie wiadomo co jeść. Idealne miejsce.

Miła obsługa i komfortowe pokoje. Hotel w niewielkiej odległości od Wawelu.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni
Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Super omlet robiony na miejscu. Wygodne łóżko i miękka pościel. W pokoju było ciepło. Bardzo doceniam krzesło obrotowe które było w pokoju. Bardzo blisko ICE i przystanków co też mi pasowało. Doceniam też że była wanna w łazience.
Jedynie co mógłbym sie czepiać to że drzwi od łazienki same sie zamykają. Nie znalazłem przynajmniej opcji żeby to zmienić.
