Please note that starting 1 April Auschwitz & Birkenau museum will change booking rules. One of the most important changes in the introduction of personal Entry Cards, that is why we advise to book the tour at least 2-3 weeks before arrival as buying tickets at the reception on arrival day will not be possible. The Auschwitz Museum requires guest list much earlier, that is why prebooking is necessary.

Долго не идёт горячая вода, около 3 минут, из крана в раковине в ванной комнате.
Very clean, friendly staff, good location, free parking. I had a few requests and they complied with all of them. We also forgot a stroller (without the baby, of course) in the lobby and only realized a couple hours later. I went to get it and it was there as we left it. Very safe! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located close to the city’s old town, about 15min walk, which is great because you avoid all the noise and the crowds of downtown. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast with an omelette made to order and above all great staff.

Easy to reach (by car ensure you go to front side of hotel to park, backside is parking garage you can also enter but requires pay at reception €16). About 30 minute walk to town. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed.
