Please note that the dinner for the halfboard package is served at the new a la carte restaurant area from 19:00 to 22:00. It is a 3-course dinner and does not include drinks.

As a city hotel located in the vibrant heart of Rhodes, our parking options are indeed limited due to city regulations, which allow us only one spot directly at the hotel entrance.

We recognize the inconvenience this may cause and are continually looking for ways to enhance the parking experience for our guests. In the meantime, you are welcome to use the blue line parking areas located near and around the hotel. These spots are generally available and provide a practical solution for our guests.

We would like to inform you that from the end of October check-in will be conducted at our Annex Building, located at 16, Leontos Street, in our newly renovated blue building due to the winter season. It is just 328 feet from our main building. Please note that due to the winter season, we will be operating exclusively from the Annex Building.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

La posizione e la pulizia delle camere

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 5 al 12 luglio. L’unico aspetto davvero positivo della struttura è stata la posizione e il servizio di pulizia delle camere: le stanze erano sempre pulite e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno.
Purtroppo, per il resto, l’esperienza è stata deludente. La colazione era sufficiente, ma con una scelta piuttosto limitata, poca varietà e senza presenza di frutta fresca. Inoltre, sulle poche pietanze disponibili non erano esposti cartellini indicativi che ne specificassero il contenuto, rendendo necessario chiedere continuamente al personale cosa fossero i vari alimenti presenti.
La cena è stata senza dubbio il punto più negativo del soggiorno: il menù era estremamente ripetitivo e offriva pochissime alternative. Ogni sera era disponibile un solo primo piatto e, come secondi, quasi esclusivamente pollo o kebab. Anche durante la cena, sulle poche pietanze proposte, mancavano i cartellini con le indicazioni dei cibi esposti, per cui era spesso necessario chiedere informazioni al personale. La frutta fresca è stata servita soltanto nei primi due giorni; per il resto della settimana erano disponibili esclusivamente macedonia o frutta sciroppata.
Anche il servizio in sala ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi e, mentre si stava ancora mangiando, chiedevano continuamente di ritirare i piatti, dando la sensazione di voler liberare il tavolo il prima possibile invece di prestare attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Nel complesso, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia soddisfacente. Non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura, soprattutto a chi cerca una buona esperienza gastronomica e un servizio attento al cliente.
Considerando gli standard che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria, mi chiedo come possa essere considerato un hotel a 4 stelle. A mio avviso, i servizi offerti non sono all’altezza di tale classificazione.

Scandalous Service
Pros:

Already paid reservation a month head before arrival , reconfirm by phone with the reception and at arrival day manager was yelling that was no reservation and she threatened that I have to move outisde the hotel, otherwise will remain without room.
They sent us to another hotel on the opposite side of town.
Completely irresponsible, scandalous service

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles war wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – ruhig und gleichzeitig nah am Strand und zu vielen Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!☀️

Very bad hotel and service and no one to contact
Pros:

I have paid for two rooms and when arrived to the hotel they said that the did not receive the reservation from the reservation department. They ruined my vacation and I needed to move to another hotel and after a week now and multiple emails to reservation department still no reply from their side and still not get the refund.

Erittäin siisti modernisoitu hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Pienehkö, mutta siisti huone - ja yllärinä parvekkeella poreamme. Monipuolinen aamupala seisovasta pöydästä. Voin majoittua uudelleenkin, siispä suosittelut tälle.
