El desayuno muy rico y variado

Cons:

La zona de la piscina, jacuzzi y turco en mal estado, desactualizado. Las sillas de la piscina y sombrilla con rotos. Esto no es digno de un hotel cinco estrellas.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio y buenas instalaciones, desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

No ofrecían jabón de manos, ni acondicionador, solo un jabón facial muy agresivo para la piel incluso para solo lavarse las manos y shampoo. El secador de cabello muy malo y viejo, mientras mi novio se secaba el cabello se pagaron todas las luces del cuarto. El personal del restaurante olvidó nuestro pedido cuando solicitamos una porción de piña porque se había agotado, ellos dijeron que nos la llevarían a la mesa y nunca llegó.

El café que ofrecen en la habitación, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas en un país cafetero deberían ofrecer el mejor café pero te ponen un sobre de café instantáneo de lo peor que hay

Hotel agradable para disfrutar de la ciudad.
Pros:

el desayuno fue variado, la carta también fue variada, la habitación era cómoda, amplia, esta ubicado en un buen barrio, el personal muy amable, la piscina es pequeña, pero funcional.

Cons:

las 2 primeras noches estuvimos en una habitación, en donde una de las camas era pequeña, para niños, la cual era extremadamente dura, por lo que no había descanso, pero cuando nos cambiaron de habitación todo cambió.
