Sadly lacking
Pros:

Poor housekeeping, and maintenance, in a good looking hotel, I’m a good location, with good staff at front desk and restaurant. At 3pm we reported a plugged sink. After speedy attention we assumed the problem was resolved but dressing for a dinner engagement much later found the sink still plugged. After considerable effort we either had to repack and move or permit a crew with drill and hoses. A 1/2 bottle wine (without corkscrew!) was the only compensation. Totally disappointed after 3 years visiting Colombia and decades around world.

Fantastica.
Pros:

La ubicacion es ideal pues esta muy centrico. La piscina muy limpia con una vista hermosa de la ciudad y el desayuno es delicioso y muy variado ya que es buffet.

Excellent hôtel , par contre étant donnée que je passe toujours une semaine par an...les petits déjeuner non jamais changer depuis 3 ans toujours la même chose je trouve ça un peu léger pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel von Bucaramanga
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut in Cabecera einem gehobenen Viertel von Bucaramanga - sehr schön ist der Blick über die Stadt vom Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse - gutes Fitness Studio

Cons:

Man musste auf den Aufzug etwas zu lange warten nur 2 Aufzüge für so ein grosses Hotel ist wenig - das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch in einem guten Zustand

It’s a great location. You can walk everywhere, I feel a bit safer in this area when going out. There are many restaurants, gyms, shopping centers and grocery stores just minutes away. The breakfast is also really good with a nice view too. Arturo from the reception was also nice and helpful
