Bad booking.com policy
Pros:

I requested to be to moved to another room because of this in the room not working.the hotel was very accommodating

Cons:

I had to leave earlier and got shafted out of two days of $. Because of your policy of no reembursment. Needless to say that i will never reserve with booking again.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable. Atentos y resuelven los temas

Cons:

Desayuno: horario hasta las 10. A las nueve AM las vasijas ya están desocupadas y no hay casi nada. Toca pedir y el señor va a la cocina y trae. Demora injustificada.
Zonas húmedas. Horario desde 6am. A las ocho AM aún no está en servicio. Los pisos de turco y sauna son antideslizantes, muy bien. Al salir, en la unión entre esos dos servicios, es liso y muy peligroso. No deberían esperar el próximo accidente. Así mismo no hay suministro de agua para consumo. Las zonas húmedas requieren ese servicio.
