There was a Room being remodeled in my same floor relatively close to my room so there was a smell of paint

Puikus ir paslaugus personalas. Labai jaukus, didelis, grazus , su papildomom erdvem ksmbarys; su balkoneliu, jaukiu staliuku pasedeti, grazi vieta restoranas ir baseinas ant stogo.
Nebuvo karšto vandens , vanduo tik drungnas, todel negalėjau plauti galvos ir buvo šalta maudytis po dušu; labai prasta garso izoliacija, ryte pabundi nuo to, kad kazkas iseina is kambario arba maudosi duse; pusryciai prasti, man nebuvo ka valgyti- tik vaisiai tiko; pusryciu vietos mazai ir nejauku - viesbucio pagrindiniame hole. Buvo sugedes klozetas, nenusileido vanduo, patys turejome nakti taisytis;
El servicio estuvo regular porque el hotel estaba muy lleno, la cama incómoda y se movía mucho, las almohadas de lo pero
Esta vez no me gusto ni siquiera el desayuno, muy lleno el hotel, no había la variedad de siempre y las patas de la cama con cauchos salidos. Almohadas malísimas en fin mala experiencia, el aire acondicionado no servia

De enige die oog had voor de gasten was German. De meesten van de bediening waren ronduit onbeschoft, traag meer met zichzelf bezig dan met de gasten. Prijs, kwaliteit is zeker niet in verhouding.

desayuno muy bueno y habitacion muy comoda, limpieza muy buena por parte del personal
atencion en el evento de partido de mundial, muy lento el servicio, la piscina tenia concentracion de quimico (cloro o algo parecido) muy alta y decoloro algunos vestidos de baño de las personas que ibamos. el gimnasio, aunque estaba completo, no tenia aire acondicionado operativo. el jardin exterior se veia un poco descuidado y con basura. el parqueadero era en el lote de al lado y en una ocasion no habia cupo y fue algo incomodo.
La atención del personal es excelente, el desayuno es delicioso y variado, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, además contar con un Lobby amplio y agradable, café y restaurante lo hace un lugar perfecto para cualquiera que sea el motivo de viaje y alojamiento en Bucaramanga
