Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt im Rotlicht-Viertel, das war mir bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Es ist nicht kenntlich gemacht. An sich ist die Lage um überall hin zukommen gut - aber nicht die schönste Lage.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt absolut nicht. Wir haben über 1000€ für 11 Personen bezahlt. Das erste Zimmer hatte überall Schimmel, hinterm Bett/am Nachtschrank/Fenster und die Luft war extrem stickig. (Zimmer wurde zwar getauscht - aber man wollte es uns so verkaufen, als wäre das unbekannt. Schimmel entsteht nicht innerhalb von Stunden) im zweiten Zimmer kamen lediglich ein paar Tropfen Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn. Im allgemeinen war es überall an den Wänden etwas dreckig. Zudem funktionierte die Wasserspülung der Toilette im Dritten Zimmer auch erst nach etlichen Betätigungen. Zudem war das gesamte Hotel sehr hellhörig, man hörte alles von der Straße (bei geschlossenem Fenster) und auch die anderen Gäste die über einem nächtigen. Ich würde das Hotel kein zweites Mal mehr buchen für diesen Preis. Leider enttäuschend.

Propreté déplorable. Anciennes serviettes d’anciens client sous le lit recouvertes de traces … je ne vous fait pas de dessin. Chambre non nettoyées après chaque passage ! Murs non isolés ! Alarme qui sonne à chaque ouverture ! Douches également non nettoyées !

Not much to be honest

Cons:

The fact every picture on booking.com the rooms was lovely then we got put in a box room with two single beds pushed together and had to share bathroom an showers with people

Central location with super friendly staff
Pros:

The welcome at the hotel desk was lovely - very enthusiastic and friendly staff who were more than happy to help with anything we asked. The room and shower room were clean, the location is very central on Red Light district. Walking distance to everything central.

Cons:

Amenities in room could be added to - a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, mugs and spoons. This would be my only addition.
