Hotel 83

Shower didn't drain quick enough so bathroom floor got really wet and took a while before it dried out. Otherwise generally good value for money and what you would expect from a busy hotel in this location.

Where do I start?
You can only check in at 3pm, not before. Fair enough.
We arrive and got our room.
When we opened the door, I got a shock.
it's very small, doesn't look like the pictures.
The walls were Freaking dirty, it was disgusting. If we hadn't just paid, we would have found another hotel.

There was a single chair, with stains on to, No table.
The bed frame had white stains.
There was no dustbin, the window couldn't be opened. So you couldn't freshen up a bit. There was a heat pump.

Long black curtains for the large windows, which also had stains on them.
There hadn't been vacuuming under the bed..
It's very noisy, you can hear People on the stairs and hallway. Very noisy.
On day, our door to the room wouldn't lock. We always check the door before we leave.
We got hold of the receptionist. Luckily they fixed it.

Skip to the next day, we go out once again. We check the door and it is locked.

When we got back, we put the keycard in, then the door slams. Strange. Then the cleaning staff has been there to give us new towels, and THEY DIDNT CLOSED THE DOOR, after them. That's not okay, i was mad. luckily! All our things were stil there…
Later that day, we are going out again.
Again our door won't lock and they had to fix our one more time.

They were sitting on the stairs to the hotel, not everyone moved when we came and had to go up the stairs, it's a narrow staircase.

We didn't pay attention to the location, right in the middle of a red light.

We are not satisfied at all and we will never recommend this hotel.

El acceso es por escalera, muy empinada, nos tocó piso 3. Imposible para persona mayor o con niños o con problemas de columna como es mi caso.
Deberían hacer control de ácaros y pulgas.

Demasiado ruido de los pisos superiores y de la escalera.
Ademas los ganchos de ropa estaban rotos
Y el mini refrigerador tenia olor extraño

Didn't stay long enough

To access the rooms you need to let reception know so that they can buzz you in, this is a bit annoying

I paid for a deluxe room at the property which obviously cost a bit more than the standard rooms where my friends was staying, obviously you'd expect the deluxe to be better than the standard but what I received was nowhere near the same, the walls in the deluxe room was absolutely filthy, Chipped and to be honest very poorly maintained, when asking about the cleanliness of the rooms I was told thats exactly what I paid for, I clearly stated that my friends standard room was A LOT cleaner and air conditioning works just to be told that I'll have to deal with it basically, the person that welcomed us to the hotel was absolutely fantastic but when I went back downstairs to complain his shift had finished and sadly didnt see him the rest of the weekend, the gentleman I spoke to about the situation really didnt seem to care.

The windows were not easy to open to get fresh air but we managed
