It was a nice room but nothing luxurious compared with other 5 stars we've stayed at. TV is not smart and super small so pretty useless. Hot tub didn't get very hot and it looked dirty so we had to request it get cleaned. Didn't use it the first night cuz it was barely lukewarm.

On the plus side, beakfast was delicious and the view was amazing, and staff was as friendly as can be. We didn't bother with the restaurant/bar so can't speak to that.

There are better options if you're going to spend the amount of money this place charges. Felt like a 4 star hotel listed as a 5 star. Definitely overpriced. We won't be returning. 7/10 the disappointing hot tub really spoiled some of the fun of the place, but we did enjoy it one night after it was cleaned.

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the calderas. All members of the customer service staff were attentive, welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in staying in Oia

Couldn’t fault our stay, beautiful surroundings.
Staff were absolutely great, the Main Street was busy even in low season, plenty to do or not. We did both.

La Perla needs to do better.
Pros:

The room was very nice and the staff was very nice. However we were supposed to get breakfast both mornings we were there and we never got breakfast. Also on the morning we were scheduled to leave, the porter showed up 20 minutes late and we had to carry our own bags up the crazy amount of stairs there. My daughter's neck and back are now hurting because of this. Therefore I can only give them 3 stars. They left us very disappointed.
