Pros:

The property was well located and worked well for our short stay in Mostar. Having parking was one of the reasons we booked, we didn't realise we'd have to go to reception and then drive a few minutes (literally just to get to the back entrance of the property), but instructions were clear and staff were helpful.

Pros:

Super location in old town. Clean and comfortable soft beds. Super safe. Loved it. No elevator. Parking a little tricky but that’s what you get in old town. They kindly offer to park your car for you. The parking is off the main road so not bad. But that’s not where your GPS takes you initially. I would recommend staying on the main road and the gravel driveway is signposted for parking

Property was super clean and very nice. Very close to Old Town and especially close to two bars which often have live music at night. It can be easily heard for the property at late hours.

Super friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate guests needs. Very clean and maintained rooms and bathroom. Close to all sites, restaurants and shopping! Dog friendly and BEST air conditioner EVER!!! Would definitely come back!

Staff is fantastic as is the location! So many food options, so many great shops! They let us drop off our bags hours before check in and when we returned, the bags were in our beautifully air conditioned room waiting for us. Early the next morning, they helped us call a cab to get to the bus station (fyi, Uber is not a thing in Bosnia). Beds were clean and comfortable and equipped with a proper blanket instead of the usual sheets that we’ve found almost everywhere else we’ve stayed in the Balkans. Cannot say enough good things about Villa Deny! Would absolutely stay again!

Very well located. Literally steps from the Old Town. Most important for me, there is dedicated parking behind the hotel. To have parking that close to the Old Town is a real winner . Adli, the chap at reception was super helpful. Vila Deny will give you a 10% off coupon to dine at Emen, which is actually a pretty good restaurant with lots of Bosnian house specialties

Mostar’da bir gecelik konaklama için bu oteli seçtik. Otel Mostar Köprüsü’ne 6-7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve ücretsiz araç park yeri mevcut. Otel yetkilisinin ilgi ve alakasından çok memnun kaldık. Bize çok yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ederiz.

Fue realmente una gran experiencia, Mr. Deny y su esposa son realmente amables y nos apoyaron en todo lo que necesitamos, desde recomendaciones locales, pedir taxis, flexibilidad en los horarios, guardar nuestro equipaje, en realidad en pocos lugares me he sentido tan bien como esta ocasión, gracias Mr. Deny por todas tus atenciones.

The location was excellent. Had a view of the Crooked bridge from my window. Free parking on the premises was a huge bonus considering the parking situation in old Mostar. A couple minute walk to everything in the Old center. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little musty smelling when we got there but was cleaned up by the cleaning person. Good stay -would go there again.

OUR GREAT STAY AT VILLA DENY

Unbelievable amazing views from the hotel. Perfect location for mosque( 2 minute walk)
Beautiful well decorated rooms and very friendly staff. You are literally in the Old town and can see Crooked Bridge.

Improvements:
User-friendly shower soap dispenser. Soap hard to dispense with current one. And shower curtains tends to stick on you whilst showering. Perhaps it is aligned too close to the shower. But this wont stop me coming.I will come to Villa Deny a thousand times.
