The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The bar is also lovely and has a great view.
Comfortable and clean
My booking said ‘breakfast included’. That’s it. In reality only a very, very modest continental breakfast was included, and they were charging £14 for the cooked one. Does the 4* hotel really need to resort to such dirty tricks? So in terms of transparency: Disappointing, really. It was ok otherwise.
Location, staff and view from the bar where great
Bed was quite small.
Also, states on Booking.com ‘breakfast included’ in the rate we paid for. However found out at the hotel it’s only for a continental breakfast. Anything else is charged. Although the continental breakfast was nice and not just a basic standard. I felt it wasn’t transparent. Which isn’t how a lot of other 4/5* hotels operate. This was disappointing. I would have booked for non breakfast and gone elsewhere in the morning I had known as we still had a cooked breakfast, which in reality greatly increased the cost of the breakfast overall.
Clean and modern . Excellent security for parking
Nothing
Friendly helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant and bar, Convenient to city Centre.
No fresh air in rooms-dependent on aircon for heating/temp control

The location is very good as well
The hotel room layout is a bit odd, And there were 2 electrical outlets in the room which is kind of weird.
View, cleanliness
No mini fridge
The hotel is central and fine if you get it for cheap. Comparable to a premier inn / travelodge
The doors were really thin woke up at 2am to someone having a phone conversation in the hallway
