The hotel was welcoming, clean and comfy, the staff were friendly. It provided us with what we needed.
The hotel room needs more sockets, especially by the bed and more lighting is needed. The breakfast selection was very limited and you could only choose one item from food and one item from the drinks.

Nice bar area on the 5th floor and our suite was a great size. The staff were nice and helpful and friendly.
After paying for a suite it was very disappointing to not have a hot breakfast but have to pay extra. We only found out on a message the night before that it was a continental but even then there was no meat/cheese etc as normal on a continental! Bit disappointing really and unusual.

Very welcoming staff. Lovely rooms and facilities. Great view, very quit even though it was so close to all the attractions. Car parking was easy. Roof top bar was fabulous and they welcome dogs what isn’t to love?! Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing , you could only choose 1 option from the continental menu, you couldn’t help yourself to whatever you wanted. No second helping of juice of tea and coffee.
They had a private party in the only bar/restaurant in the hotel so you couldn’t get a drink or enjoy the balcony until 5pm… when check in is 2pm.
There’s a second restaurant downstairs but this was closed which seemed silly knowing your only restaurant/bar was also in use

After booking this hotel because parking on site, we were later informed of a parking charge of £20 per night . Should this not be mentioned when booking.
Continental breakfast very poor, recomend increasing price slightly to include full English breakfast and reduce parking charges.
