Very nice breakfast, it was included in our room but my son booked separately and had to pay for his. We were in the basement room which was a bit of a shock at first but actually it turned out to be spacious with good light from the patio above. The patio garden is great.
Even though our room was spacious felt a bit basic, however it did the job for us.

The location is absolutely amazing! 6-10 minutes walk to to major museums, nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Tram station is right in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was good - definitely sufficient for our needs. And the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The location wasn't too close to the centre or tourist areas which we liked - it was still easy to walk to the museums or jump on a tram to other parts. The neighbourhood around the hotel was pleasant and safe with some decent cafes and restaurants close by.
The room felt a little dark due to the decor and one bed side light didn't work. The shower head didn't stay upright so we had to hold it up to use it plus the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The TV didn't seem to be connected and allow access to any channels (we didn't bother telling the staff as we were generally content without the TV). The fridge was very small and could only hold a few small items - a larger one would have been helpful for storing some fresh foods.
Lovely hotel in great location. Close to tram stop and easy to walk into the city centre. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Friendly cat lives on site.

La habitación era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda.
Me encantó que tienen una gatita que vive allí y el personal fue muy amable.
La ubicación también bien ya que está cerca de los museos y tiene transporte público cerca.
Únicamente que el baño de nuestra habitación era un poco pequeño.
