there was a weird noise from a unit in the room which disturbed me a little - but I forgot to say anything to the team there so can't have been too bad

Pros:

Really loved the friendliness of the afternoon/evening reception chap such a lovely man. Also the morning reception was very pleasant & helpful. Both have made our stay really pleasurable.

Cons:

We paid separately for breakfast only half once it was very expensive & not very varied. Not enough dietary options available.

Hermosa la zona donde está ubicado. Cerca del tranvía. Excelente el trato dal personal , súper amables todos. La habitación estuvo bien! Cómoda y limpia.

Pros:

Very central and convenient location, yet quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast room with a small terrace and complimentary coffee/tea/water service from noon to 7pm.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small (not uncommon in Amsterdam), split airconditioning unit and the mini fridge were a bit noisy.

The hotel has small rooms and minimal communal space, but a good bed and excellent location
Pros:

The location is great, a 10 minute walk to Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, even closer to Concertgebouw. Parking in Amsterdam is difficult and expensive but we found the large car park under Museumplein, entrance opposite Concertgebouw, perfect for the hotel.
The bed was very comfortable.

Ordentlich und sauber, wenn man keine besonderen Ansprüche hat, aber viel zu teuer für das Gebotene.
Pros:

Die Lage ist fußläufig zu den Museen und dem Concertgebow. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein im Verhältnis zum Preis, das Frühstück für 19,50€ war minimalistisch.
