Beware of the orphaned 2nd building in the back red light ally!
Pros:

I liked the solid thick doors and walls. It was very quiet and exterior sounds were muffled as best as possible.

I liked the high ceiling.

Cons:

#1 ISSUE: The 2nd building in the back ally street sits directly in between two red light establishments. The entire street has multiple! Leaving and returning in the evenings was a very uncomfortable experience and created a very trashy vibe to the hotel.

#2 ISSUE: I understand that space is precious in Amsterdam... but come on, the space in the toilet rooms is nearly unusable. It's just amusingly small. My knees almost hit the wall in front of me when sitting.

Endroit très central, très pratique.
Pros:

Situé dans le quartier rouge d'Amsterdam, l'hôtel est très central. En temps de canicule et en général, pouvoir se servir d'eau et de café lorsqu'on le souhait est agréable et plaisant.

Parfait pour un court séjour, très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel très propre, même les sanitaires communs sont bien nettoyés, la literie est très bonne, le petit-déjeuner est bien copieux, parfait pour entamer une journée de visite. L'hôtel est très bien situé et pas loin de la gare.
Le personnel est très agréable et très réactifs.
La possibilité de pouvoir laissé les bagages après le check-out.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu petite, nous avions une chambre pour 4 dans l'annexe, elle manquait de rangements, elle avait la clim, mais nous ne pouvions pas nous en servir la nuit, car elle faisait trop de bruit.

Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Amsterdam. A 5 min de la gare centrale.
Pros:

Super emplacement, très central. Petit déjeuner continental. Personnel très agréable et réactif.

Cons:

Chambre très petite. Heureusement que nous ne voyagions qu'avec des bagages cabines.
Pas d'ascenseur, escalier très raide attention. Mais le personnel propose de monter les bagages si besoin.
