Edom Hotel

this hotel was very conveniently placed by the bus stop and the visitor center, so it was easy to walk. We had dinner at my mom‘s recipe, which was very close by. the staff was able to arrange a bus directly to wadi rum for us. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the Petra Visitor Center, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated. The room had a few issues: the shower did not have warm/hot water, and the TV didn’t work.

Breakfast was included, but it was disappointing. The orange juice tasted medicinal, and the rest of the food was bland and did not taste fresh.

That said, the staff were truly the highlight of the stay—very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout.

With some renovations and improvements to the food and amenities, this place could be a much better option for travelers.

One of the best hotels I stayed.

We had an amazing stay at Edom Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was an added bonus with really good cappuccinos on request. All of the staff were super friendly and the hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor's Center and park entrance.

We had travelled to Cairo, Luxor, and Jerusalem and this was a quick stop. Thank goodness we added another night. This hotel made the whole trip worthwhile. The service of Emad and his staff was beyond wonderful. He made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious with the mixed vegetables and cheese omelette. Great combo. At dinner, the food was a variety of Jordanian dishes which gave you the opportunity of trying their cuisine. Again delicious. The hotel is clean, well located for being steps from Petra Visitor Center. The A/C was great. There is so much to praise this hotel. We would definitely and highly recommend Edom hotel. Great place to stay and just relax . Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice friendly staff and as it was quiet, it was very quick to check in. The only issie is, ghe a/c wasnt very good. Otherwise a nice hotel and very qell placed for tourists.

Staff were amazing!! Breakfast was perfect before a day spent in Petra - so close to the Petra entrance! Walkable to everything in town, parking right in front of hotel. Perfect for the price!

Great Hotel. Great location. Awesome food. The staff is super friendly

The manager and his staff were very hospitable, they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The dining area had a small cave where we were able to have our meals, the room had all the needed amenities including the free mini bar. The location can’t be beat, literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel to Petra. We had a wonderful stay in Wadi Musa. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making us feel welcomed! Highly recommended!

This hotel is on a short alley off the main tourist street. It is quiet and serves a nice breakfast. If you want other food, there are lots of small restaurants within a 5 minute walk! In terms of the Petra Visitor Center and museum...it's about a 10 minute walk!

Great stay! clean room, minibar, and its close proximity to the the Entrance of Petra was a big plus.

Location, location, location. Two minutes walk to Petra entrance (and Jett bus from Amman). The hotel is nice and also had a good breakfast buffet. The front desk helped us arrange a taxi. Worth the extra cost to stay here when visiting Petra.

The staff were great and friendly. They also provided a complimentary mini bar with extra drinks and some chocolates which was wonderful. Highly recommend

Great location, maybe 100 meters from the entrance to Petra. Super clean and inexpensive (we were on a shoulder season. I highly recommend it. They were able to give us recommendations for dinner. breakfast was horrible and only have instant coffee.

We loved our stay at the Edom Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was included, and they even gave us a complimentary selection of drinks and snacks in our room. The price for the room was reasonable, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. It’s close to Petra, and we would absolutely stay here again.
