Es war super, dass wir eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner hatten, einer der Gründe, weshalb wir das Apartment gewählt hatten. So konnten wir auf unserer langen Reise entspannt waschen. Auch die Whirlpoolbadewanne war super.

Cons:

Leider war das Apartment ziemlich dunkel (Erdgeschoss und dunkler Zaun vor der Terrasse) und anstelle eines richtigen Esstisch gab es einen langen Tisch, wie in Hotels oftmals. Hierfür kann der Besitzer nichts, aber gegebenenfalls wäre ein Hinweis beim Einchecken gut - manche unserer Nachbarn ließen ihre Waschmaschine/Trockner zu sehr später Stunde noch laufen, was leider auch in unserem Apartment laut zu hören war. Auch die Whirlpoolbadewanne der Nachbarapartments hört man sehr laut. Tagsüber alles kein Thema, aber spät abends muss das nicht mehr sein

Lovely friendly and modern motel with easy access to everything
Pros:

The room was great. A little dark because of the fence and trees outside but we loved the privacy as didn’t mind.

Bathroom a good size and facilities were good.

We asked for a portacot and were delighted that not only was one in the room on arrival but it was made up with sheet and duvet. Thank you.

And we asked for a late checkout which was generously given. This meant we could return from the tournament we were at to give babies asleep and for us to have a shower - it was extremely hot and dusty- before we had to check out. A big thank you.

Really recommend Terra Vive for your Christchurch stay if you are looking for a good quality friendly Motel. But I’m hoping it doesn’t fill up too much as we’d love to stay again next time we are in Christchurch ha ha

Pros:

毎日タオル交換をしてくれて清潔だった。オーナーが近所の周辺情報(スーパーの位置や営業時間時間など)を教えてくれて助かった。キッチンの調理器具も充実していて、毎日料理ができた。

Cons:

室内の電灯が一部切れたままだった。

Quiet gem in Bealey ave christchurch
Pros:

Very quiet unit, great service from Brian .
The studio unit is very clean and well set up.
This location is well set up if having surgery at southern cross hospital or St. Georges Hospital .
Loved the size of bath towels.

Cons:

No issues.

Nice clean comfy motel and the owner was so accommodating with us wanting to check in early.

The facilities in room are great. All the basic amenities are provided. The location is also excellent. Sufficient parking in the hotel.

Cons:

There is no lift. So if your room is on the first floor, you will have to pick up your luggage.

It provided everything I needed,
Pros:

Brian was helpful and accommodating. Washing machine and drier were a good asset. Fresh towels daily.

Cons:

Personally it was too road noisy, but I live rurally so super quiet here. Room was dark, needed lights on even during the day. Spa bath with shower over would be difficult for some people to get into. Could hear the people/shower/ in the next unit.
