كانت إقامتي في فندق سدين عمّان تجربة رائعة جداً. الفندق يتميز بالنظافة والترتيب والهدوء. الموظفون كانوا في قمة الاحترام والتعاون ودائماً مستعدين للمساعدة بابتسامة. الغرف كانت مريحة والخدمة ممتازة والموقع مناسب جداً. شعرت براحة كبيرة وكأنني في بيتي. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الضيافة وخاصتن موضفه الرسبشن روان من افضل مسؤلين الرسبشن ومتعاونة جدا كل الحترام وتقدير وأتمنى لكم المزيد من النجاح

Very poor experience with unacceptable cleanliness, excessive noise, and unresponsive staff. I would not stay here again
Pros:

The location was acceptable and the room size was reasonable. Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of my stay.

Cons:

My stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very noisy with loud music until late at night, making it impossible to sleep. The reception did not answer phone calls, and there was often no staff at the front desk when I needed assistance.

The room was not clean, and after staying there I developed skin itching and an allergic reaction. The food was excessively salty and of poor quality.

The swimming pool needs proper cleaning and maintenance, the sauna was not working, and the jacuzzi floor was visibly dirty. Overall, the hotel does not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service.

I only completed my stay because I had work commitments and could not move to another hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
