I was in Fairfield Marriott for four days and they have the sweetest team I have met so far. Huge thanks and big shout outs to Bristi, Jishu, Sai, Kim, Shining, Prakash, Dollina, Prem, Jabeer, Rakeebul for all the help, service and sweet surprises.
Had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room size is a bit compact for two people, but apart from that, everything was great — from cleanliness to service quality.
A special thanks to Brista from the housekeeping team for her excellent work. She ensured our room was always clean and well-maintained, and her polite nature added a personal touch to our stay.
Would definitely recommend this place for its hospitality and service!

During my stay at Fairfield Marriott Bangalore, Saif, Leena and Prosenjeet provided excellent room service. They ensured the room was cleaned daily without fail and maintained a high standard of service throughout. Really appreciate their dedication and professionalism.
Stayed at this hotel recently but faced many inconveniences during my stay.
1. The room was quite small with very limited space and a very small cupboard, making it difficult to store clothes and shoes properly.
2. Washroom design was uncomfortable, the toilet seat was placed very close to the washbasin led to water spillage on top of it . Towels and linen provided were old and not replaced frequently, which affected the hygiene.
The shower was mounted in bathtub to save space, which hit the head and made it uncomfortable .
breakfast options were good but most dishes, including paratha, were too salty, and the spread had good variety but salt was too high .
TV set experience was poor, a very limited and old selection of non HD TV channels. And they don’t have a swimming pool.
The gym was also bad, with rusted dumbbells and machines making noises while using , felt kind of unsafe.
AC didn’t cool properly
Overall,my stay did not meet expectations kept , and I think the hotel could improve a lot in comfort, services and food quality as it’s located in a tier 1 city of India.

The hotel is at it should be, for a 4 star rating, of Marriott brand. Room size is just about enough but lighting is very dim inside the room. There is no white light good for reading or working. There were a few misplaced things, like shampoo bottle places on washbasin instead of handwash but no major hiccups. Breakfast was sumptuous with most dishes from South, North, West India.
1) Pathetic stay - I was NOT given any stay points , i had booked thru my company and my company had utilized make my trip to book...finally you got the money but when it comes to points the frugal marriott management can't think of resolution
2) Pathetic beds
3) No sound proofing and whole night sleep was unstable
4) 2 times my shaving razor got missed
5) I ate once and it was agreed that the billing will be done at 15% discount but when i went to reception at check out the lady without reading notes suggested full price. Later only on my insistence the 15% was given....I will NOT recommend and infact i am going to unofficially suggest everyone not to use Marriott
My stay was very comfortable..special attention from Chef Subhod and his team helped me explore variety of food and taste was also amazing..would definitely recommend this place
The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were kept tidy and the food was great as well. Mr. Atul and Ms. Bristi from housekeeping were very helpful and prompt at solving out issues I had. Would recommend this place for sure
I’m a marriott bonvoy gold member and asked for upgrade when making reservations.
Was told they only have one kind of room.
Got an email from Marriott offering a paid upgrade so called again.
Was told the same - we have one kind of room.
When I checked in, same thing - one kind of room.
I asked for the manager, showed him the email and asked for an explanation.
He gave me the upgrade.
Turns out it correct that all rooms are one size.
But the upgrade consists of upper floor room and lounge access - and it should be included when Gold members ask for it.
Advice to Marriott:
You are getting your best customers needlessly upset with this behavior.
Stop offering room upgrades to Gold members, if you cannot afford to.
But this is dishonest behavior.
I plan to avoid staying at any Marriotts in future.
I’m also a Hilton diamond so why bother with dishonest hotel chains?

Room service is good. Food quality is quite good here also.Gym is also there you can have. Since it is 4 star, only swimming pool is missing here. Otherwise all staffs are quite helpful here. Specially Brishti and Aakash who were for room service here.
We stayed at Fairfield in Apr 2025. We got early chrck on request. I must add staff was really helpful and nice, especially Bristi, Saif Ali, Saibal have been very helpful during the stay. Very prompt. Quick service.

It was my first stay here. Awesome experience, very well trained and helpful staff… I really mean it. Everyone right from room service to restaurant and billing all were incredible. Manager Kajol was very kind and helpful along with few names which i remembered were Narendra from F&B he was really good and professional. Leena from housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Great experience, we would like to stay in this hotel next time only for the service they provided. Pls give them the goodies they deserve for such wonderful service😍👏
Stay was comfortable, quick service and staff is helpful! Breakfast spread was good, included many options. Overall good experience. One suggestion on feedback requests as there were quite a few requests and I believe overall feedback should suffice.
I've been here before and it have always been a great experience! The beds and pillows are really soft and comfortable,everything's been excellent without any faults in any of the equipment provided.The bathrooms really great and the staff always provide a pure 5 star services Especially Leena and Bristi..they were on spot with their services and were always on time whenever required.
