The breakfast was excellent, and great service
Everything was excellent
Plas Hyfryd is a beautiful period house with lovely features, upgraded with tasteful decor. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, overlooking the park opposite. The bathroom was a good size and the water was piping hot!
There is a very pleasant lounge/bar area but we ate out on the night we stayed so didn't make use of it. The outside seating area was well appointed and must be a lovely place to sit in fine weather.
An excellent and generous breakfast was provided, hubby had a full English which he said was delicious. I had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, which were also very good.
The location is perfect for access to nearby Narberth town centre and there is ample on site parking. The staff were very welcoming and helpful too, we would definitely stay here again.
It worked well enough but I wasn't keen on the coffee and tea making machine, would prefer a pot to share
Decent room. Good location. Good breakfast. EV chargers available though not used.
No staff for check in. No bar or evening food available for our stay. Very confusing layout. Shower was only adequate.
Room 18:
No eye level mirror, for shaving.
Towel hooks meant towel still wet on second morning.
No soap nor soap dish in shower.
Hatch to unsafe loft space open for anyone to go in.
Great location and staff were really helpful . Room was clean and tidy and breakfast was amazing .

Clean, comfortable, good facilities, fab staff
Nothing
Lovely hotel and staff. Excellent position. Elegant room
Bed too hard in room 1, both had bad night's sleep. Chairs on landing need replacing v uncomfortable
Breakfast was very good. They do not do evening meals but forward you on the Angel Hotel a five minute stroll away. The food there was also good. On our visit they had a Jazz evening in another room, which was pleasant to listen to from the bar. The bar closes at 9p.m. but there are plenty elsewhere in the Town.
It well suited us oldies.
Hotel was in a great position for visiting Narbeth and the rest of Pembrokeshire.Parking was a bonus and staff were welcoming and helpful.- excellent breakfast - very reasonably priced and wide choice to suit everyone. Definitely would stay here again as Narbeth is a great little town with a lot of good independant shops and places to eat
Perfect location for us to see a show in town.
Breakfast was good, freshly cooked and just the right amount
Found a sweet wrapper by the bed, only a minor thing, but it was clearly visible and around 8 inches long, so not easy to miss.
Lovely building, even nicer inside. Fantastic, helpful staff. Cosy room with a big window.
Mattress firm and rigid. Supplied pillows not great. Room for improvement with soundproofing.
