The room we had was lovely. It was so warm and comfortable. The room was clean and had all facilities we needed. The staff were lovely as was the breakfast.

Rescued by Jay!
Pros:

Jay went above and beyond and saved the stay! First room had no operational heating. Staff were all very friendly. Very comfy bed.

Cons:

Be aware the hotel does not have a restaurant operating as a general rule and the pub/hotel that they have a reciprocal agreement with is not serving food except for weekends. Again Jay saved the day when nowhere else in town was open for food. Budget rooms do not have a desk.

The restaurant was closed and I was not notified beforehand. The bar closed at 9.00 pm.

Great hotel, great staff, highly recommend.
Pros:

We booked 3 rooms and also booked the conference room for a family event. The facilities, food and staff were all great and would highly recommend. The breakfast was also lovely and well worth the money. Plenty of parking for us and our guests. great location, right next to the town centre. Also had a lovely meal in The Angel just down the road (at the time, 5% discount off the meal if you are staying in the hotel). Highly Recommend !

Very enjoyable, relaxing short break in this delightful hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for exploring Narberth with a decent size car park. Our room was very clean and spacious with a good size en suite which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Cons:

They don’t serve dinner in the hotel but they do recommend a local restaurant which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
