Cons:

Breakfast a bit disorganised if you didn’t specify milk with tea or marmalade with toast non arrived which meant more trips back to the kitchen for waiting staff

Hotel not too big , perfect size, family run and few mins walk into beautiful little town of Narberth.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel , a pleasure to stay there my husband and I will definitely be returning.
Spotlessly clean , first class hotel, lovely friendly staff . Gorgeous patio area with the most comfortable seats ! Also excellent breakfast !

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect.

Pros:

Friendly staff, helpful and polite. The facilities in the room were great.

You were able to provide a fridge which was great for my husbands needs.
Very attentive when I asked for sorbet (that is all my husband can eat orally).

Cons:

The A/c wasn’t great but didn’t spoil our staff.

The loo roll was 🤨.
It would have been nice to have a full length mirror (carefully positioned) and also a better height mirror for make up.

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly, room was good.
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable room with good facilities. Very generous supply of tea, coffee etc and hot choc too!

Cons:

Google maps doesn’t know where the hotel entrance is! (Not hotel’s fault but worth knowing!)
Estimate an early breakfast if you aren’t sure when you might want to eat. Fridge in room would have been good.

Most enjoyable stay, will consider for future visits.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, but a little slow to serve. It's a good job we were not in a rush, or it could have got awkward.

Would stay there again!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We got a room with a bathtub which was really nice.
Nice to explore the cute town from there.

When hosting a party, the restaurant is unavailable, loud guests in the middle of the night, thin walls but we were pre-warned that there would be a party and some noise.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in early which was a huge help as we had a long journey in the morning and a wedding to attend. Beautiful hotel and excellent value for money.
