Etablissement très bien placé dans KINGSTON. Accueil très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le café et le thé à disposition dans le hall de l'hôtel. La présence d'un parking est très appréciable. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La vue sur le lac est vraiment très jolie. La piscine et le spa propre et en bon état. je recommande cet établissement.

La grandeur de la chambre.

Cons:

Parking très cher 45€ et que jusqu'à 5h du matin . Piscine sans surveillance et hygiène déplorable les gens se baignent habillés de short et tee shirt.

L'hôtel qu'il vous faut pour un séjour en famille à Kingston.
Pros:

La chambre que nous avons pris est particulièrement adaptée aux familles avec tout ce qu'il faut.
De plus, avoir plusieurs pièces séparées permettait une certaine intimité très appréciable.
Enfin, l'emplacement central dans la belle ville de Kingston est un vrai +

Komfortables Hotel mit großem Zimmer und sehr guter Ausstattung. Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Frühstück war OK.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in dir Jahre gekommen. Sehr teuer, vor allem der Parkplatz.
In der Nacht ging drei mal der Feueralarm los und wir standen vor dem Hotel. Dafür hätten wir eine kleine Entschuldigung beim Checkout erwartet.

The above is terrible. The others are good.
Cons:

The fire alarm malfunctioned repeatedly on the first night. The third incident occurred in the middle of the night; the alarm blared for about 30 minutes, making it impossible to sleep. Although it appeared that the fire department was called to make repairs, there was absolutely no explanation or apology offered to the guests who had evacuated.
1. The first malfunction occurred around 10:00 PM; why couldn't the issue be properly fixed then?
2. At the very least, an explanation or apology should have been provided during the evacuation or the following morning.
The handling of the situation was appalling.
