Peaceful. Comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast very good except bacon was overcooked/crumbled.

Cons:

Trying to get trolley through back door on ground floor to outside parking and round tight corner into room.

Great location within short walking distance of downtown. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The 24/7 front desk is a huge plus, along with the complimentary coffee and tea

Cons:

The price felt unreasonable. It is one of the most expensive options in Kingston, and on top of that, they charge an extra $40/night for parking—which is high even compared to major tourist spots like Niagara Falls or Blue Mountain. The breakfast was very basic for the price: no vegetables, no fruits except bananas. Also, there was no minibar or complimentary drinking water in the room, nor any water stations available on the floors.

A hotel offering us a very welcome relief after a long, wet and muddy cycle.
Pros:

Great location. Fantastic staff who were totally relaxed when 8 filthy and wet cyclists arrived with their bikes at the check in desk. They could not have been more helpful. Rooms were huge suites and the laundry facilities were exceptional and just what everyone needed at the time.

Cons:

No real complaints about the property, however it is a big hotel accommodating a large amount of people, so breakfast in the fairly small dining area was extremely busy and a bit of a free for all.

Hotel was good, but many of the staff need training in customer service.
Pros:

Great location, good size rooms, which were clean and well presented.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, limited choice and limited time.
On check-in, a holding deposit was taken twice and despite informing the hotel, I’m still waiting for the repeat deposit to be returned.
