La chambre n'avait qu'un lit au lieu des 2 que nous avons réservée. On a dû payer le parking. En plus de cela, nous avons été chargé de 17 dollars pour on ne sait quoi.

Le personnel très agréable, l'emplacement, les boissons chaudes à disposition 24/24, la réactivité du personnel pour répondre à nos demandes, les recommandations de restaurant (parfait, merci encore Dianne's était une très bonne adresse)

Cons:

Le lit d'appoint n'était pas ouvert et il demande à être remplacé tant il est inconfortable. C'est vraiment le bémol de l'établissement la qualité du canapé-lit.

We had a very good visit and experience ,wouldn't take much to make the hotel a 5 star experience.
Pros:

Breakfast ,good ,excellent attentive staff very helpful. Location excellent . We were there for a hospital appt and Hotel Dieu was walking distance

Cons:

The shower is not a good design, the caulking and tile work are not top notch . Excess tile grout and caulking evident on finished surfaces,soap dish in the shower caulking very messy . Easy fix with a razor blade but I didn't have one!🙂 Not all litter bins had a liner ,it may be a good idea to have them .

Pros:

Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've tried, bed was soft and comfy, hot tub was great, the room itself was very spacious, and even had a full kitchen. Air conditioning was great too.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned at all the first day, and the second day we had to ask the front desk three times to make sure it would finally be cleaned/towels swapped out, etc.

As you would expect of a Marriott - well maintained and ticks all the boxes but lack of charm.
Pros:

Facilites. Well maintained. Pierre on the desk.

Cons:

Price of parking. Lack of character. So much packaging on breakfast condiments etc.
