Comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel is walking distance from downtown Kingston. We had a room on the 10th floor and had a great view. The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has indoor parking which was very appreciated when we had snow!

Cons:

Can't really think of something. Everything went smoothly and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room and great location.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious and easily accessible in the lobby. The location was excellent- great view overlooking the lake, a walking path along the waterfront and short 5 minute walk to the city centre.

Cons:

The breakfast situation was challenging. There was not enough seating. There were long waits for the buffet to be replenished and the buffet space was cramped and crowded.

La dame du petit-déjeuner était très sympathique, les chambres sont très complètes et spacieuses. Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes mais le canapé-lit n’était pas fait à notre arrivé, il n’y avait même pas les draps. Nous avons demandé à l’accueil le nécessaire mais ils ont juste déposé les draps dans la chambre sans faire le lit. Le chauffage est bruyant

I may stay there again but the parking and breakfast issues will give me second thought
Pros:

Clean and downtown. Price wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

$40 for parking and tax was $45 on top of the room charge. I found that outrageous.
Also the breakfast was mediocre. Pre- heated Jimmy Dean version of an egg Mcmuffin was poor. The selection was lacking.

comfortable and great hospitability.
Pros:

My room was exceptional - it had everything you could need, it felt like home away from home. The breakfast was good, it does get very busy with limited seating options if you are going to down for 7 - 7:30 it does get empty around 8:30- 9 though. . I like that they have a 24/7 hot water for tea and coffee station in the main lobby for guests.

Cons:

There are not much gluten-free options though if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Also with the fees you pay for the room itself the parking not being included does put you off and raises costs for one. I think parking should be included at this location or it needs not to be so expensive.
