We had a very good visit and experience ,wouldn't take much to make the hotel a 5 star experience.
Pros:

Breakfast ,good ,excellent attentive staff very helpful. Location excellent . We were there for a hospital appt and Hotel Dieu was walking distance

Cons:

The shower is not a good design, the caulking and tile work are not top notch . Excess tile grout and caulking evident on finished surfaces,soap dish in the shower caulking very messy . Easy fix with a razor blade but I didn't have one!🙂 Not all litter bins had a liner ,it may be a good idea to have them .

Pros:

Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've tried, bed was soft and comfy, hot tub was great, the room itself was very spacious, and even had a full kitchen. Air conditioning was great too.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned at all the first day, and the second day we had to ask the front desk three times to make sure it would finally be cleaned/towels swapped out, etc.

As you would expect of a Marriott - well maintained and ticks all the boxes but lack of charm.
Pros:

Facilites. Well maintained. Pierre on the desk.

Cons:

Price of parking. Lack of character. So much packaging on breakfast condiments etc.

Pros:

-Le déjeuner est quand même bon et varié
-Le foyer et espace pour se regrouper sont chaleureux
- Pierre, le concierge en soirée était extrêmement aimable et accommodant, merci!
-Le lit et les draps étaient vraiment confortable! Super sommeil😁🎉
-On apprécie beaucoup pouvoir monter notre déjeuner et aussi le café, thé etc. breuvage à volonté en tout temps

Cons:

-Puisqu'il y a seulement deux ascenseurs, lors de périodes achalandées, il faudrait que l'administration prévoit empêcher les jeunes enfants à jouer en appuyant sur chaque bouton. J'ai attendu plus que cinq minutes pour apporter des choses à notre glacière au garage juste avant notre départ (pas un grand problème) et lorsqu'un ascenseur s'est libéré, il y avait une petite fille avec un walkie-talkie qui avait appuyé sur chaque bouton montant...son parent m'a dit d'attendre un autre ascenseur🥴. Le concierge n'a rien fait puisque la même fille jouait au même jeu devant lui lorsque deux autres groupes attendaient l'ascenseur au rez-de-chaussée. Il ne faut pas être pressé au départ et certains clients sont plus importants que d'autres, comme une petite fille avec un walkie-talkie de 6 ans.
-L'espace piscine est adéquat mais aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour, par exemple la porte de sauna des femmes ne ferme pas et la lumière doit être remplacée ainsi que la seule douche au vestiaire n'avait pas d'eau chaude.

Poor quality pillows, older room that didn’t feel clean or well kept up and unfriendly staff.

Cons:

The staff left a lot to be desired! After driving for 16 hours to get there, our kids wanted a quick dip in the pool before it closed. They knew they only had a few mins but were so excited. We rushed to get swimsuits on but a staff member, I think his name was Andrew maybe, told our kids it was too late and the pool was closed (even though he closed it early). I told him about how long we had been in the car, etc but he didn’t care. So rude and disappointing.

Pros:

Well equipped suite. I would also like to send a shout out to the food service staff for their efforts. I believe it was the supervisor we engaged in conversation with both breakfasts on Dec 20 and 21. I apologize as I did not recall her name. She immediately addressed some minor concerns we had and was also very attentive to detail in the dining room. Recognition is in order. Best regards.

Cons:

Your parking fees are not clearly stated when browsing for room availability. A surprise cost of that magnitude when checking is not not appreciated.
