Categories

Cleanliness
6
Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems: missed towels, dust under beds, dirty shower curtain, hairs, mould and stains in some rooms. Cleanliness is notably below expectations in several reviews.
Service
9.5
Service is frequently praised across languages: staff described as very friendly and helpful, with several guests highlighting excellent personnel and good service.
Location
9.5
Location receives strong positive mentions: near centre, close to shopping and public transport, adjacent to E6 motorway, and convenient for car travellers with charging options — consistently described as a major plus.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms are often described as dated, with small or poor-quality beds (many comments about beds being too narrow or noisy bunk beds), cramped layouts and occasional maintenance issues (curtains, misplaced beds, missing outlets).
Amenities
8.5
Amenities are generally good: free parking, numerous fast EV charging points, breakfast/restaurant available. Some minor faults reported (small pillows, dated furnishings), but amenities are useful and well-located for travellers.
Value for Money
6.5
Several guests explicitly say the hotel is too expensive or poor value for money; comments about dated rooms and mismatch between price and quality lower this score.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Food is frequently praised — good breakfast, well-seasoned scrambled eggs and a good restaurant/dinner in multiple reviews. A few issues (undercooked pancakes some mornings) are noted but overall F&B is a strength.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall impressions are positive: many guests enjoyed their stay, complimenting staff, location and breakfast; isolated negative experiences (illness, cleanliness, bed size) did not dominate the general sentiment.

Bra, kommer troligen tillbaka.
Pros:

Bra läge, väldigt trevlig personal. Fint rum. Mycket god äggröra, bra kryddad.

Cons:

Ett ilands problem. Men pannkakorna till frukosten var inte färdiga någon av dagarna. Hade behövt några minuter till i stekpannan.
