Klidné místo, bezpečná lokalita.
Pros:

Skvělá snídaně, vč. výborného domácího chleba. Výborné možnosti parkování před hotelem, vč.možnosti zaparkovat uvnitř areálu. Dostupnost MHD do 5min od hotelu. Klimatizovaný pokoj.

Jestem bardzo rozczarowana pobytem i uważam, że stosunek ceny do jakości jest zdecydowanie nieakceptowalny.

Wykupiłam jedną dobę ze śniadaniem na czas festiwalu. Cena wynosiła ponad 1000 zł za noc i rozumiem, że była zawyżona ze względu na odbywające się wydarzenie. Skoro jednak hotel decyduje się na tak wysokie stawki, powinien zadbać o odpowiedni standard obsługi i komfort gości.

Największym zaskoczeniem były godziny wydawania śniadań – tylko od 8:00 do 9:00. W czasie festiwalu wielu gości wraca późno w nocy, więc naturalne jest, że chcą rano dłużej odpocząć. Tak krótki czas na zjedzenie śniadania jest po prostu nieprzemyślany.

Dodatkowo zeszliśmy na śniadanie o godzinie 8:34 i praktycznie nie było już czego jeść. Na bemarach zostały dosłownie trzy małe jajka sadzone, a większość potraw nie została uzupełniona. Pani z obsługi zajmowała się jedynie sprawdzaniem numerów pokoi, całkowicie ignorując fakt, że goście nie mieli już praktycznie żadnego wyboru.

Na minus oceniam również lokalizację, która nie jest szczególnie atrakcyjna, jakość jedzenia oraz fakt, że parking jest dodatkowo płatny, mimo że hotel znajduje się na uboczu i dysponuje dużą ilością miejsca.

Niestety, przy tak wysokiej cenie oczekiwałam zdecydowanie wyższego standardu. Nie polecam i z pewnością nie wrócę.

Fajny hotel w dobrej cenie! Idealny na przystanek na trasie!
Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel blisko zoo, pyszne śniadanie.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji. Byliśmy w bardzo gorącym okresie, pewnie poza tymi kilkoma dniami w roku nie jest to problemem.

Das Hotel ist sehr nett! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! 5 Sterne für die Mitarbeiter!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr überholt. Sie beten nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Aber sehr sauber und das war mir wichtig!
