Ofrecen una excelente atención y su personal es muy amable y atentos a todo momento.
Gracias por la amabilidad de la señorita Gisela Apaza de recepción qué nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos enseño las instalaciones de cada habitación. También al cocinero Edwin, Ariana y Juan Víctor por la excelente calidad y comida deliciosa de la carta-restaurante y el desayuno buffet qué fue excepcional. También super recomendada la señorita Haydee, que mantuvo siempre nuestras habitaciones súper limpias, haciendo tan cómoda y acogedora nuestra estancia en Arequipa. ✨👍🏻👍🏻

El hotel fue remodelado hace poco, yo fui hace unos años atras por eso opte por volver a contratarlo. Cuando llegue me dieron una habiatación muy pequeña, pero el problema no fue ese, el baño no funcionaba bien, me cambiaron de cuarto y me doy con la sorpresa de que la ducha no tenia puerta.... volvieron a cambiarme de habitación.
