Pros:

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, le meilleur de tous mes hôtels précédents, le repas du soir également très diversifié et de grande qualité.
Calme de l'hôtel, belle situation avec son club de plage permettant d'avoir son transat à tout moment.( Pas sable mais gravier gris ). Hôtel à dimension humaine.
Personnel d'accueil, de salle et de nettoyage très gentil, toujours prompt à résoudre un problème. Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

La literie un peu dure pour moi mais c'est personnel car peut très bien convenir à d'autres personnes.

Cudowny czas
Pros:

Hotel nie duży , to na plus. Wszystko czyste. W pokojach kapcie, szlafroki , szampon, odżywka do włosów, kremy. Pyszne śniadania. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska. Wy jechaliśmy dwoma autobusami . Hotel kameralny, przy samej plaży .

Cons:

Plaża przy hotelu nie jest ciekawa . Ale to nie problem , wystarczy przejść się kawałek i jest lepiej . Szkoda że basen w środku nie jest podgrzewany , woda zimna nie dało się kąpać .

Posizione. Camera con vista notevole. Servizi. Colazione di buon livello. E spiaggia. Tutto molto integrato nell'hotel

Cons:

La cena per il prezzo proposto. Bagno senza prese di corrente. Manca passerella per entrare in mare che ha molti scogli direttamente a riva.

Great staff good-ish hotel
Pros:

It's right on the beach which is amazing

Cons:

The suite is not worth it, it's more dated than the cheaper rooms and also it's facing the bar directly so it's very loud at night (fine if that's what your into I suppose) it's also an adult only hotel but there's a play park right next door and also obviously they can't stop families going to the beach so it's not quite the tranquil serenity I was dreaming of.

The location was good, and the buses were excellent to chania bus station.
We arrived early in the morning, and our room was ready.

Hyvä sijainti. Siisteys. Hotellin sisäpiha ja ranta-alue/merinäkymä. Spa- ja siihen liittyvät palvelut. Pieni kuntosali. Adults only, rauhallista. Tilava huone. Uusittu kylpyhuone.
Mahdollisuus myöhäiseen huoneen luovutukseen lisämaksusta, toki saatavuus huomioiden.

Cons:

Aamiaisella paljon vaihtoehtoja, mutta olisimme kaivanneet enemmän terveellisiä vaihtoehtoja ja croissantit olisi pitänyt olla lämpimiä. Aamiainen sisälsi paljon voitaikinaan tehtyjä suolaisia ja makeita eri muodoissaan.

Pyyhkeissä voimakas tuoksu.

Sviitin huonekalut kaipaavat päivitystä. Sviitin alaosa todella kylmä, kun yläosassa normaali tai liian lämmin lämpötila. Yhdessä tasossa oleva huone toimivampi ja myös modernimpi kalustukseltaan vs sviitti. Merinäköalahuoneiden parvekkeet varjossa.

Allasravintolan ruoka ei kovin laadukasta, esim kana kuivaa. Läheisissä ravintoloissa parempi hintalaatu-suhde ruoan osalta.

Nice and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Staff is very friendly.
Access to the beach very convenient.
Breakfast is very varied and delicious. Convenient parking.
Near the hotel there are many restaurants, taverns, shops and a supermarket.

Cons:

It is advisable to fix the sealing in the shower.
The sauna is open only until 18:00.
A separate sauna fee of 15 euros per hour is very strange.

We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. They also plan multiple activities such as having a singer at the hotel bar. The food was also really good with a lot of choices. Our room was really big,
