Pros:

The most convenient option in the region. Strategic location, with a 24h fast food restaurant just across the street. Delicious, fresh made breakfast and food, amazing customer service and wonderful views. The price is great for all you get.

I found this to be a nice quiet clean hotel. It’s only a block to the beach and sure by many restaurants. Breakfast here is nothing special but it is good enough to get your day going. The staff treated us ok. My only complaint was they need to update or upgrade the AC units. In our room the AC seemed to have to positions; full on or full off. this isn’t the Ritz, and doesn’t have a lot of amenities, but if you need a good night sleep in the heart of Cartagena’s BocaGrande, this place is more than adequate

Pros:

Pretty hotel in a nice area. It’s close to lots of restaurants and within walking distance to one of the beaches. We love walking, so we even walked to the town center—but you can easily take a taxi if you prefer.

There were two staff members during my check-in. One was very efficient and the other did not want to be there.

I sat waiting for breakfast for 20 min before someone came about asking whether my order had been taken. When informed that I had been there quite some time, he was unapologetic and mostly annoyed. I decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere. If you want a clean nice looking place and to feel as a burden rather than a guest... This is the place for you.

This hotel is in a great location near the beach. The room is a reasonable size with a fantastic air conditioner! It’s a must-have in the room! The breakfast options were good, and I would stay here again.

The hotel is really nice and located in a fantastic area. For the price you pay it's definitely worth the stay here. The room was a decent size and everything was functional. Breakfast is included but we never made it in time. The staff are also incredible and very helpful. They are there 24/7 in case you have a late check in. I would definitely stay here again.
