El personal. Sara, Miguel, Carlos... Más que amables

Cons:

Bueno, se veía algo viejo todo, el baño sobretodo pero no nos importó, tampoco estuvimos tanto en el hotel.
Las camas y almohadas eso sí, muy incómodas

Best Hotel in Medellin
Pros:

The best hotelwe visited while in Colombia.The staff was amazing and relly helpful.They were speaking English so that really helped.Really nice breakfast neraby the pool with many animal approaching like birds and squirrels.We also booked a daytrip to Guatape with them and it was amazing! The location is amazing next to 5 star hotels and private clubs with lots of green.Would definitely go there again over and over.Also we were 3 people and they gave us a room with 5 beds so it was great!Don't be afraid it's outside city centre because the Uber was 5$.
