Hermoso el hotel, muy amplia la habitación, excelente servicio
Tod estuvo bien
Comfortable and cozy
Price was okay
Staff was very nice, and very helpful
Proximity to the Passport Agency, main reason for our trip to Chicago
las camas
el personal (concierge) muy negativo por el tiempo de tormenta que nos toco nos dijo que nosotros eramos los unicos en el hotel, algo absurdo pues vimos que habia mas personas
The locatiob was realy good
Lobby of the hotel was cool but the room was not great at all for the price. I would expect the condition of the room for $150/night. For $400 a night the shower leaked through the glass door onto the floor and the bathroom sink drain was broken. Also no vent in the bathroom which is not ideal.
Way overpriced.
Habitación y baño amplios. Camas muy comodas. Personal muy amable. Desayuno caro pero platos muy completos.
Creo que la wifi era de pago
My room was very nice, the hotel was quiet, my bed was very comfortable, there was a huge bath tub.
The distance to the elevator was pretty intense with a lot of curving hallways.
We stayed on the executive level and enjoyed the room, bed, breakfast and room darkening curtains. I thoroughly enjoyed my bath.
There was mold in the shower on the bottom seal of the shower and there was no vent in the bathroom. My husband didn’t shower the day we left because his first shower was “more cold than anything”. The water pressure wasn’t great and the temperature was mildly warm.
