Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot und abends Bier vom Fass!
Den Weg in die Altstadt über den Rhein um die Insel an der Seepromenade entlang haben wir täglich genossen.

Wenn das Personal an der Rezeption aufmerksamer wäre, wäre es viel angenehmer.

Was das Frühstück angeht, scheint es auf den ersten Blick eine große Auswahl zu geben...

Die Qualität lässt nach. Schade.

Ausserdem hatte ich zwei Zimmer auf meinen Namen reserviert und im Voraus bezahlt. Eines für mich und das andere für einen Kollegen von mir. An der Rezeption war jedoch nur ein Zimmer auf meinen Namen gebucht… Ich habe die Buchungsbestätigung vorgelegt, in der eindeutig vermerkt war, dass ich zwei Zimmer auf meinen Namen reserviert hatte... Nach Ansicht der Angestellten hätte ich die Situation akzeptieren und im selben Zimmer übernachten sollen. Das habe ich abgelehnt. Ich habe eine Leistung reserviert und bezahlt und will keine Ausreden hören... Letztendlich habe ich die beiden Zimmer wie reserviert bekommen, allerdings die schlechtesten: eines im Erdgeschoss und das zweite im ersten Stock. Das einzig Positive ist die Lage des Hotels.... Das ist schon das zweite Mal, dass so etwas passiert... Hier komme ich ganz sicher nicht mehr her.

Degelijk hotel in het centrum van Konstanz.
Pros:

hotel in het centrum van Konstanz. van de IBIS-keten. Eenvoudig maar voldoende. erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We konden onze fietsen veilig in een aparte ruimte stallen.
