Für einen Kurzaufenthalt nach der Renovierung gerne wieder!
Pros:

Nähe Altstadt, 1.5 km. ÖV Ticket gratis für die Dauer des Aufenthalts! 5 Min Fussweg zur Bushaltestelle Sternenplatz,
Im 2. Stock waren die Zimmer alle neu renoviert!

Cons:

Ist noch bis Ende März eine Baustelle Eingangsbereich und Frühstücksraum war ein Provisorium!
Dies wurde uns vom Hotel vorher mitgeteilt.
Baulärm nur Tagsüber hat nicht gestört,

Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht spektakulär und eine Flasche Wasser ist normalerweise im Preis inbegriffen.
Leider konnte ich das leckere Frühstücksbüffett nicht dazubuchen, da der Preis ohnehin schon hoch genug war. Und das trotz dem Lärm nach 20 Uhr an der Reception, wo man sich anschreien musste, um überhaupt etwas zu verstehen.
Bei der Abreise wurde ich nicht mal verabschiedet und das Personal war eher unfreundlich. Wie gesagt, nur bei der Abreise!
Werde mir das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen, obwohl ich bisher sehr zufrieden war. Leider!

Insgesamt trotz Umbau ein für das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Trotz aktuellem Umbau, welcher auch bei der Anmeldung klar aufgezeigt wurde, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.
Beim aktuellen Aufenthalt haben wir die empfangende Person sehr interessiert und wertschätzend erlebt...ein grosser Unterschied gegenüber unserem letzten Aufenthalt.
Das Frühstückbuffet war wie immer sehr reichhaltig und Kompliment, trotz Umbau und der sehr reduzierten Platzzahl, mussten wir auf nichts verzichten und das Essabteil war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Auswahl liebevoll gestaltet. Jederzeit konnte auch ein Nachschlag bezogen werden. Schön finde ich auch, dass die Inklusion immer noch voll gelebt wird.

Cons:

Die Nachttischchen in den neu möblierten Zimmern empfand ich nicht passend und nehmen mit ihrer Rundung unnötig Platz weg.
Die Decke war für meine Bedürfnisse viel zu dünn...Es müsste wenigstens die Möglichkeit geben eine Zusatzdecke nutzen zu können.

Als Anregung: Evtl. könnte - bspw. ab zwei Übernachtungen - für die Nutzung der Garage ein etwas reduzierter Betrag ermöglicht werden...oder in den Zimmerpreis einkalkuliert werden? Wir bezahlten 40 Euro Parkgebühren.

The hotel is under construction, only after booking the hotel I got a message stating the hotel is under construction but it will not disrupt our stay. In the morning it was really noisy and impossible to work in the room.

l'hotel dovrebbe in questo momento essere echiuso fino al termine deli lavori. la reception è avvolta da teli di plastica, nelle camere e nei corridoi cè una puzza insopportabile delle moquette e dei rivestimenti e lo sporco degli operai che passano

Trotz vorher angekündigter Renovierungsarbeiten war für uns nicht erkennbar, dass es sich um eine umfangreiche Baustelle
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im ibis Konstanz grundsätzlich als angenehm empfunden, insbesondere das freundliche und bemühte Personal ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut und bietet einen praktischen Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Konstanz.

Cons:

Im Vorfeld wurde kommuniziert, dass Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Leider war für uns jedoch nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich dabei um eine umfassende Baustelle handelt. Der Eingangsbereich war ohne fertigen Boden, eine richtige Rezeption sowie eine Bar waren nicht vorhanden, und der Speisesaal war nur über Treppen erreichbar. Zudem lagen in vielen Bereichen Malervlies-Abdeckungen auf dem Boden, was insgesamt einen provisorischen Eindruck vermittelte.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl jedoch eher klein. Auch im Zimmer gab es kleinere Details, die verbessert werden könnten – beispielsweise war lediglich eine angebrochene bzw. halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden.
