Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and overall my experience was pleasant. I would especially like to praise the friendly and professional staff, who were always willing to help. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained, which made a positive impression throughout my stay.

Cons:

On the other hand, there are several areas that could be improved. The bathroom has no ventilation and no hooks for towels or clothes, which is quite inconvenient. In addition, a hairdryer and wardrobe are not provided in the room by default and must be requested from the reception. The pillows could also be of better quality and more comfortable.
Furthermore, the Wi-Fi signal in room 140 was very weak, and the internet connection frequently dropped, which can be frustrating for guests who need a reliable connection for work or communication.
My biggest concern, however, was the breakfast selection. Every morning, five out of the six meat products offered were pork-based, leaving very limited options for guests who do not eat pork for religious, health, or personal reasons. A more diverse breakfast selection would greatly improve the guest experience.

Pros:

The location is good the staff are nice , the room was quiet, breakfast has a good variety

Cons:

It's not a four stars hotel, no phone in the room you have to walk to reception if you need something
Plastic glass in the bathroom, one hand wash.
Not saying it's bad in total, just not a four stars hotel

Pros:

Location: Three metro stations are within walking distance, and from any of them you can reach Stephansplatz in about 15 minutes. There is also a pharmacy and a hypermarket nearby.

Cleanliness: The apartment was clean and well maintained.

Noise level: The sound insulation was quite good, making the stay comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

What could be improved:

The room lacked some basic amenities such as slippers, a shoehorn, toothpaste, and complimentary bottled water. It would also have been nice to have a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee available in the room.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Dobra lokalizacja i w miarę wyremontowane pokoje. To jedyne zalety.

Mało udogodnień, pokoje dość małe, niezbyt czysto, pajęczyny w kątach, śniadania kiepskie, mało różnorodne, biedna pani kelnerka na śniadaniu obsługuje sama całą salę, nie nadąża sprzątać

Przeciętny. Średnia okolica.
Pros:

Hotel opisuje że posiada 4*, w takiej katogorii go ocenię. Standardem brakuje mu bardzo wiele do choćby sieciowych 3/4* hoteli typu Ibis styles, Hampton. Standard bardzo tego obiektu jest bardzo turystyczny jak na przykład najtańsze motele B&B 2*. Śniadania skromne ale w miare znośne, znowu standardem odbiegające bardzo znacznie od sieciówek. Parkingu można powiedzieć, że brak bo te kilka miejsc które obiekt reklamuje jako garaż było zajęte, na ulicy też bez szans na parkowanie. Oddalony o 600m parking podziemny dysponował miejscami. Dzielnica wielokulturowa, ale w ciągu dnia czuliśmy się bezpiecznie.

Cons:

Pobyt 2 noce, a pokój nie był sprzątany. W zasadzie można napisać ze bez dostępu do parkingu w bliskiej okolicy. To zdecydowanie nie jest hotel 4* ani nawet 3*. Jeśli uczciwie były klasyfikowany jako 2* czyli do najniższego standardu turystycznego to wtedy dalbym ocenę dobrą.

- es war so fein ruhig, richtig still. morgens zwitscherten die vögel beim fenster herein, obwohl die gegend nicht gerade grün ist.

Pros:

The property is near Ubahn station, thats the onlu advatage. I got a room in the ground floor which was not at all neat. The floor was very dirty

Cons:

They dont clean the rooms, the towel were also dirty. I wont stay in this hotel anymore

Bel Hôtel à recommander pour visiter Vienne.
Pros:

Bel hôtel près du centre (103 chambres) - Bonne literie - Petit-déjeuner OK - Bien pour visiter Vienne - Réceptionniste très sympathique et aux petits soins

Cons:

- Salle du petit-déjeuner très bruyante
- Tarif un peu élevé le week-end par rapport au tarif pratiqué en semaine
- Parking payant
