Lit très grand et confortable, bien situé, chambre et salle de bain spacieux

Cons:

Le prix trop élevé pour ce que s'est, Serviette sale par terre et sur le fauteuil, calcaire, peinture écailles et murs salles, tâche noir sur l'oreiller blanc. Piscine fermé. Un B&B est 2x moins chère pour la même chose mais généralement plus propre. Tout en supplément. Nous avons voulu nous faire plaisir, dommage ! On est loin d'un 4 étoile en France. Jugement du personnel fait discrètement. On était du coup dans le nouveau bâtiment à côté avec vu sur les poubelles du restaurant et le restaurant pas de vue sur le lac, ni sur les montagnes, ni sur le parc, aucune comme précisé dans la réservation... Déçu

Always a good choice
Pros:

Have been here many times. But this time I discovered that there is a very decent restaurant in the hotel, with the possibility to dine in the garden, with lake and mountain views. Wonderful.

Man fühlt sich wie in einem Märchen/Schloss. Tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Frühstück war relativ spartanisch für das prunkvolle Gebäude aber ok, Dusche war benutzbar aber sehr abgenutzt und verkalkt

TRES BELLE VILLA ET EMPLACEMENT MAGNIFIQUE ....
Pros:

Tout le site et le cadre de paix .. avec cette magnifique Villa et ces jardins
ces décorations , son design et sa cuisine et particulièrement son pâtissier

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude le deuxième jour et le manque de professionnalisme du technicien ..

Pros:

Très jolie bâtisse avec une superbe vue sur le lac de Comabbio. Magnifique parc. Intérieur chargé d'histoire. Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le café n'est pas à la hauteur. Il faut d'ailleurs demander son expresso car il n'y a pas de machine à disposition, mais uniquement des thermos.

Cons:

Esperienza pessima al ristorante collegato La Scuderia dove abbiamo atteso ben 80 minuti per essere serviti, quando a 50 minuti di attesa lo abbiamo fatto notare non ci hanno mandato nulla dalla cucina, dopo altri 30 minuti è arrivato l'hamburger decisamente troppo cotto, con bacon molle. Hanno rovinato non solo la serata ma il week end essendo lì per i 70 anni del mio compagno, prevedevamo di fare altro dopo cena ma ci hanno fatto saltare tutti i programmi. Abbiamo anche lasciato la cena perché ormai eravamo stanchi e annoiati dalla eccessiva attesa
