Pros:

Номер был большой, чистый с невероятным белоснежным постельным бельём. Завтраки были на высоте.

Cons:

Приём был довольно прохладный. На момент моего приезда была смена мужская , но когда я попросила помочь донести мои тяжёлые чемоданы , парни на ресепшене сказали что в целях безопасности они этого не делают. Эта фраза меня рассмешила. Не хотите помогать так и скажите. Хотя у отеля такого уровня должен быть Стюарт. Это очень подпортило впечатление об отеле.
По поводу бассейна не понятно платный он или нет. Сказано что нужно приобретать пул набор, для бассейна и для спа 25 евро. Может я не правильно поняла. Но разбираться не стала. Так что о бассейне и спа мнение своё не смогу сказать.

Niente di che è il personale scortese

Il personale è scortese nello specifico ho utilizzato questa struttura come appoggio per una giornata nella quale dovevo svolgere per il mio lavoro alcune attività in notturna e parte in diurno sono rientrato in struttura il giorno del check out alle 11,15 dopo aver dormito due ore e non mi è stato permesso neanche di utilizzare la doccia e mi hanno chiesto di lasciare
Subito la camera se no mi avrebbero applicato dei costi aggiuntivi avendomi chiesto una carta di credito preventivamente come garanzia cosa che non trovo giusta avendo già pagato per i servizi utilizzati
In breve struttura sovradimensionata nella zona in qui lavora e in evidente crisi di personale le aree comuni tipo piscina non curate
Un consiglio nei periodi di bassa stagione conviene chiudere la struttura che piuttosto maltrattare i clienti.

Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel
Pros:

Wow, what a beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds and a fabulous pool. Stayed in a junior suite in the main hotel

Cons:

Shower needs updating and could be larger given the size of the bathroom (a roll top bath would be great in such a massive room)
Breakfast room was surprisingly basic compared to the main building and whist breakfast was simple, it was very pleasant

Decepcionante eleger um hotel com história e viver uma experiência de hotel 2 estrelas.
Pros:

Vila pitoresca, edifício central e jardins bem cuidados e muito bonitos.

Cons:

Depois de ter feito a reserva, por ver o edifício principal e razão pela qual fiz a reserva, enviaram e-mail a indicar que não ficaria nesse edifício e sim no novo edifício. Edifício esse sem carácter algum, quartos sem conforto visual e estética básica, em nada semelhante a um hotel de 4 estrelas. Ar condicionado a funcionar mal, sem almofadas adicionais no quarto, colchão duro.
