Hotel is not far from the airport. Only one block from the beach. Very nice area. Lots of bars and restaurants, near banks and convenient stores. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was excellent.

Improvements: Maybe the breakfast. It was fine but they kept running out of items and not replaced quickly.

Es la primera vez que me pasa reservando en hoteles.com, la verdad reserve porque la imagen decia que tenia capacidad para tres personas y eran dos camas, sin embargo cuando se llego a la recepcion solo dieron una habitacion con cama doble, el hotel no tiene contacto, no me pude contactar con nadie, el numero que tiene registrado ya no existe. terrible el servicio al cliente, la verdad no lo recomiendo.

No mucho me gusto la vrd preferiria qedarme en casa

They should improve the basic amenities as they dont provide shampoo, nor do they have towels for the beach especially considering there is no pool. Additionally, there was no hair dryer, and they should also have a mini fridge to allow guests to keep drinks cold. A good thing to mention is that the hotel is very centrally located near shops and close the beach.

When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have a room for us. They said they did not show reservation for us, but when I showed them the Expedia confirmation, they said our room was unavailable because it was under construction. They did not have any other rooms. Usually, in my experience, a hotel will do this when they have re-rented your room out at a higher price to someone else.
. They did get us a room at their cost at a sister hotel about a half mile away. They called a taxi to take us up there. However, that room was not nearly so nice as the one that we had in the picture Expedia showed at this hotel for our reservation. Also, we finally got to bed about an hour later than we should have because we had to travel up to the other hotel, wait for them to get the accommodation and so forth. At first, GHL Bocagrande acted like they did not have a reservation for us, but when I showed them the Expedia Confirmation, they said The room was unavailable because it was under construction. . I would like a call from Expedia to discuss what to do about this.

The property was nasty and dirty, they dinning area was all disgusting, there was a dirty dinning with flys on the fruit. Everything food silverware table everything entire property was nasty and dirty. I had 24 horas without towels I had to went and purchase my own I went downstairs to reception they told me that they linen was not coming until they fallowing day. They was broken bathroom shower. Also there was cockroaches walking around the breakfast area. This property is just a complete mess is nasty dirty and disgusting.

Quarto caindo aos pedaços, cheio de rachaduras, fedendo a mofo, lençol velho e bem fino. Bares ao redor fazendo muito barulho. Único ponto positivo é a localização.
