Clean, comfortable and convenient
AC in this heat would be good but open windows worked for us
Room was spacious. WiFi was acceptable but disconnected at times. Toilet was nice as well as sink. Very good location.
Bed was meant to be a double bed but we received two single beds pushed together instead. We had to pay a deposit on arrival which we weren’t made aware of prior to booking. TV wasn’t set up properly, wires were everywhere. Had to set up by ourselves. Channels were locked behind payment. Bathroom shower head had lime scale.

Blisko centrum.
Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. (they even threaten to call the police on me) and I have stayed in many place across Europe, as well as some questionable places to save a buck or two. The person that said “people go to war because of how bad hotel pur pur is”, wasn’t kidding.
Early, EVERY MORNING, without fail, a member of staff woke us up or literally CAME INTO OUR ROOM UNANNOUNCED (my wife is still shaking from this violating experience). Safe to say there was no sleeping for us in this hotel of horrors.
Don’t even bother with the paid parking. ‘Valet’ is meant to move your car given their parking situation, but don’t and you need to do it at all hours. Your money is better spent parking elsewhere.
They even threaten to call the police if you do not move your car fast enough. Your money will be better spent using parking elsewhere. A French couple couldn’t leave and were stuck behind another guest’s car for 3 hours.
If you come in summer there is no air conditioning and the bathroom traps so much heat, you feel as though you are going to suffocate.
Even if you don’t want a new towel you will receive them. And sometimes none. Which the receptionist cannot replace, even when making calls to housekeeping or management to know where they are kept or if they really forgot to give you one.
The staff are useless and management is horrible. I have never experienced such bad customer service from manager Ratka.
This hotel is not worth the cheaper price tag (or ‘convenient’ location) I promise.
Location is fine the price is in line with the hotel quality.
The lady behind the desk was very helpful.
It has no Airco so on hot days it is warm in the room.
I enjoyed my stay.
The shower was a small stream and no fixture for the shower head on a normal height.
