Stelios Place

It was a pleasure to return to Stelios Place. The wonderful family who run the hotel are so helpful and genuinely good people. The rooms are immaculately clean, beds and pillows are so comfortable, the pool area is clean and sunbeds so comfortable The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk to the beach and in the opposite direction, 2 minutes to the main road where you can find shops, car hire, bakery, bars. There's loads of great places to eat nearby. Perissa is an excellent base to stay while discovering all this beautiful island has to offer.

Wonderful place to stay in Perissa. Just been there for two nights, then three further nights after a trip to Oia. Stelios place is ideally located just about 1 minute walk to the beach road where all the bars and restaurants are. The two rooms I stayed in were smart, modern and exceptionally clean. Modern bathrooms, great wifi, Tv and air con. Owners were lovely and very obliging.Pool was smart and never too busy, lovely loungers. Really, for the price, this is a really great option for a chilled stay in Perissa.

Lovely family run rooms with pool. Everything was spotless with rooms cleaned every day. Loads of sunbeds with beautiful pool. They even have two shower/bathrooms with lockers for after you check out! Love from us to Katerina and her family x

If you are looking for relaxation, great service and location look no further. The warm welcome and information given on check in was brilliant. 1 minute walk to the black beach, restaurants and bars. The room is lovely and the beds comfy. we are loving our stay and are especially enjoying the sun loungers, which are the nicest we have sun bathed on, including when we stayed in a 5 star hotel in Dubai. If you are thinking of booking then don’t hesitate.

Excellent property owned by a lovely friendly family. Location is superb, withing easy walking distance (2 mins) of the beach, taverna, shops, bus stop etc. Spotlessly clean with maid service everyday. Always beds & seats around the pool. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We have stayed here before, so we knew already how beautiful it is. Our son and daughter in law were married in Santorini three years ago!
Our whole family stayed at Stelio’s place and loved every single moment..
We decided to holiday as a couple recently and enjoyed everything about our stay! As before, apart from the beautiful location, the accommodation was absolutely amazing, just as we had enjoyed before. We could not have been anymore comfortable in a five star hotel!

Everything is so convenient. Public transportation 2 minute walk. Black beach and restaurants 4 minute walk. Nice clean pool. Daily upkeep and offered services. Friendly staff all day. Place is beautiful and clean. Loved it! 11/10 recommend! Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful hotel with such friendly people, the pool was lovely and quiet and the location along the beach with some lovely bars & restaurants, plus the watersports & quad bikes nearby, was the ideal place to be. Buses were available often between Perissa and Fira too. Overall, a really wonderful week in Santorini.

Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. If ever back in Santorini I’ll stay there again absolutely.

Stelios place is one of these places where you hope it never changes run by a wonderful family who look after all their guests with great warmth and are very helpful

We loved our stay at Stelios Place! These charming, family-run apartments are in a great location—just a short stroll to the beach. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained.

Katerina and her family were so kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality really made the difference. We’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic stay in Santorini without the hefty price tag.

This hotel exceeded our expectation, the room is simple but well decorated. Very comfortable, a lot of storage place. Under 5 minutes walking to the beach. More importantly the staff is very friendly and helped us with booking tour and arranged the best for us.

I will probably rate it as best budget hotel in Santorini!

We had an amazing time at Stelios Place. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the rooms were kept nice and clean and tidy. The hotel was also great value for money and very affordable by Santorini standards.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Katarina and her family who run it are exceptional and will do anything to ensure your stay is as good as it possibly can be. My room was spotless and was cleaned everyday with towels, soaps, tea, coffee and milk refreshed daily. I just loved everything about this little gem of a hotel and cannot wait until I stay there again.

We loved this hotel! I stayed here for two nights with a friend while we island hopped through Greece and it was perfect! It is very clean and adorably decorated, the room and the grounds and pool area are beautiful. The owners are also sooo friendly and super helpful and assisted us with transfers to and from the port, to one of our excursions we had planned, and with getting us to Oia to see the city. They also provide beach/pool towels. It is about a 2 min walk to the beautiful black sand beach, we ordered drinks at a restaurant and were able to use the beach loungers. There is also a market about 2 min walk where you can buy bottled water. It is also walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A great property in an excellent location with wonderful stuff! It’s about 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not only great for swimming but also offers a whole bunch of restaurants and shops.
The facility itself is very nice and clean and has a nice pool, even a small kitchen for guests to prepare food if you wish. You can have meals at the pool or in one of the beach restaurants. The hosts is very friendly and most helpful and is happy to book excursions for you. We can highly recommend this place!!!

We stayed at the Stelios Place in Perissa from 10.10-17.10.24 and we couldn't have made a better decision. Everything was perfect. From the warm welcome of the family, always an open ear for needs, very clean facilities, room, even a fridge for Ur stuff. everything is tidy up 1a. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hotel rooms and pool area were spotlessly clean! About a 2 minute walk to the beach where there are dozens of restaurants and shops. I would 100% stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel! Such wonderful owners!!
