La habitación sumamente pequeña para el valor, creo que por ese valor se puede conseguir una habitación más grande en un estelar o Movich.

Manager who assisted with our medical issues.

Cons:

Very low class of service in the restaurant, they simply weren't trained for international travelers. The entire hotel is geared for locals. The surrounding City area is filthy with many homeless. Better to find a countryside hotel outside the city.

No value for money! Disappointed with booking.com with the extra $200 charges on a sunday night upon check-in.
Pros:

1.Clean room service
2. Staff were helpful and made all efforts to communicate in english/spanish.

Cons:

1. Breakfast options were same every day and cold. Some pandebono were empty and stale. No restock when food finished.
2. The girl upon check-in were too sleepy and took time to check me in.
3. The price paid at hotel was $200 more than what i book on booking.com. That was a real shock!!!
4. Toilet seat are not comfortable for long legs! It hits the bathroom door!
5. No noise cancellation. I could hear the noise from the corridor and opposite rooms CLEARLY!!
6. Muddy water on one day since morning to noon; and difficult to get hot water on 2 days.
7. AC took time to cool the room!

Cuarto y atención de lujo. Restorán pesimo y cada vez más malo año a año que voy.

El cuarto es excelente. La gente del hotel muy amable. En el desayuno me ayudaron con un par de pedidos especiales y fueron muy gentiles. Lo que más valoro es que la suite ofrece wifi de alta seguridad. Cuando llegué era de media velocidad, esto por actividades on line que debo realizar. Me respondieron de imediato y un técnico reconfiguró a alta velocidad y resultó a pedir de boca.

Cons:

El restorante y bar, es lo peor. Llevo años llendo y todo ha decaído a niveles penosos. La verdad que todo mal. Pedí cuenta y se les olvidaba. La comida que pedí, 3 veces mal preparada y mínima. Siento que es lo peor del hotel el restoran del último piso
