Das Hotel macht einen guten und modernen Eindruck. Der Service und das Frühstück waren wirklich gut. Das Zimmer war gerade so Ok. Es war sauber, aber der Schrank war defekt und die Fliesen im Badezimmer waren in keinen guten Zustand. Mag sein, dass man bei rabattierten Angeboten, entsprechende Kategorien zugewiesen bekommt.
Very nice property!
Very good breakfast, we also had lunch at the hotel restaurant - was good as well. Dinner had to be reserved (on weekends), but many places around to eat, all nice. Park across the street is fantastic - english style, big enough to get lost, very convenient way to the beach, has cute amber museum on premises… cafe and the shop.
Great hotel located perfectly by the park and not far from the sea and city centre. Breakfast was good and the hotel restaurant solid.
Rooms were well kept and quite large. We had some issues with the AC unit, but nothing too bad. Convenient privat parking at a decent price too.

Huone oli siisti, tilava ja meille erittäin mieluinen. Pieni, mutta tunnelmallinen spa oli ihana - erityisesti saunat. Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamiainen oli myös hyvä, mutta klo 10 aikoihin usein esim. leipä oli jo loppunut. Tästä huolimatta kokemuksemme oli hyvä ja palaamme varmasti uudelleen hotelliin.

It was a quite different experience. We loved the city Palanga but would never choose this hotel again. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but certainly didn’t feel like one. We saw the hotel from many influencers’ posts but it wasn’t the same experience as they have shared. They introduce their hotel as SPA hotel but even the spa was really really small and crowded due to the small size. They do not provide the basic toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, or water. In the bathroom, there is just one bottle for hair wash-hair conditioner-body wash. Like we are dudes!! We had to search for slippers during rainy weather in order to use SPA cause they are not allowed you to use SPA without one and they only provide hotel room slippers which they sell 2 euros per pair! We stayed another hotel (which was a 3 star hotel) after we checked out from Gabija and even this 3 star hotel provides you slippers free of charge while they are not a SPA hotel or not a 4 star hotel. I have sent them an email prior to our arrival to learn more about city, its touristic activities and hotel’s general information but I have never heard from them. They do not bother to reply to their guests. Worst hotel experience ever. Certainly not worth the money that we spent.

Brilliant location and I like staying here because of easy access to spa especially after long cycling or walking by the sea.
We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told it was only for higher rate rooms, we checked the amenities list for all room types available and there was no mention of it at all which seemed really odd. In the spa area, the turkish sauna was way above the normal 60 degrees, making it impossible to sit there, so nobody was spending any time in there, even though the spa area was quite busy.
I always stay here when I’m in town. The hotel is of a high standard with a good rest and fitness / spa facilities.
We really like service, peace and quiet at the hotel. Cozy, peaceful place to relax in a resort town. The location is super good, plenty of restaurants nearby. We have enjoyed hotel environment, room size and all the amenities. The SPA is really cozy with a beautiful view.
What we did dislike: we came here with two small kids at late evening. The heating were turned off and not even ready for our visit! Sauna is open from 6 P.M., which is unacceptable during the weekend, rainy or cold day. There is nothing to do in small bath and swimming. By the way swimming pool stairs has to be replaced definitely.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not even close. In a 4 star hotel you except all rooms to be at least at a 4 star level. Apparently, according to the reception, we booked a "simple" room. Which means no shampoo or conditioner or any other toiletries for you. 2 star accommodation in a supposedly 4 star hotel.
The rooms are quite small, which isn't a big problem. The walls are paper thin - any conversation in the adjacent rooms can be heard loud and clear . Bath towels are old and paper thin too. Bed is half decent. Pillows are cheap. The only pro is the M-eat restaurant. We only had breakfast. Food was good and service was amazing. Thank you to all restaurant staff.
The Hotel Staff were all excellent- the hotel was clean and in the nicest part of Palanga.
The little pool and spa area was great.
My only criticism is that the juices at breakfast and the milk where all warm - maybe it’s me but I expect them straight out of the fridge.
Also time to invest in some new coffee machines to prevent the queueing !
Would definitely stay again !
Great Hotel, good location, nice spa.
It was hot and air conditioning was not working properly. When asked to change the rooms, the answer was that there are few rooms with proper air conditioning but “ people are coming” there for a weekend. That made us feel like we are just a “chopped liver”. Maybe long ago it was a good hotel, not anymore.
