Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und blieben nur eine Nacht.
Für diesen Zweck war die Unterkunft gut mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Alles andere war okay.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Code kam man bequem an die Schlüssel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Es hatte einstellige Temperaturen bei der Anreise. Das gesamte Haus inklusive Zimmer waren kalt. Die gesamte Heizungsanlage war außer Betrieb - vermutlich der hohen Energiekosten wegen. Der Ofen im Eingangsbereich schaffte auch keine Wohlfühltemperaturen. Sauna funktionierte nicht bzw. nur mit Vorreservierung. Es standen Heizlüfter im Flur bereit, aber davon funktionierte auch nur einer. Zum Abendessen konnte man nirgends fußläufig hingehen. Personal war erst beim Frühstück erstmals sichtbar.

Pros:

Penzion se nachází téměř v centru Hořic. Parkuje se pohodlně, přímo u budovy. Pokoj nám plně vyhovoval, bylo v něm vše, co jsme potřebovali. Snídaně byla podávána formou bufetu a byla moc dobrá. Vše bylo čerstvé a v dostatečném množství.
Během dne byl ještě k dispozici samoobslužný bar.

Schlimmstes Personal das ich je erlebt habe

Ich habe Haare auf dem Bett gefunden, dreckige Dusche, dreckige puttkappen im bad auf dem boden etc. daraufhin habe ich höflich angefragt ob wir ein anderes Zimmer, WENN verfügbar, haben können.
Eine Dame kam zu uns aufs zimmer, sehr aggressiv und mehr als unhöflich und wollte die Haare auf dem bett sehen.
Ich habe sie ihr gezeigt und sie lachte mir laut ins Gesicht und verspottete mich mit den Worten " wow du hast Haare gefunden".
Ich sagte sehr laut und aggressiv " ihr wollt ein anderes Zimmer"? Ich sagte ja bitte.
Darauf hin ging sie raus und sagte "zimmer 9".
Ich ging ins andere zimmer sie sagte es sei fertig. Ein kurzer Blick aufs Bett und ich habe wieder ein langes Haar gefunden. Sie lachte wieder und sagte "ist das ein problem für dich?" Ich sagte "natürlich ich möchte ein sauberes bett". Ihre Antwort " wegen einer Nacht willst du neues Bettzeug?" Lachte mich wieder aus und ging raus. Alles was sie sagte und wir sie mit mir interagierte war sehr sehr aggressiv und laut.
Ich sagte ich will de mn Manager sprechen.
Ein mann kam und mit ihm konnte ich die sache klären.
Ich bekam einen frischen Bettbezug von der Dame die dabei noch was fast meine frau mit absicht umgestoßen hätte wenn diese nicht ausgewichen wäre!
So ein Verhalten einem zahlenden Gast gegenüber ist unterste Schublade!
Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!
Ich erwarte als gast, egal wie lange ich bleibe frischen Bettwäsche. Das sollte nicht zu viel verlangt sein und vor allem sollte deswegen dem gast gegenüber kein aggressives, verspottendes verhalten gegenüber gezeigt werden!
