Important information:

Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

整体入住体验是愉快轻松的。

部分员工，特别是餐厅的员工，对亚洲顾客有明显的歧视态度，第一晚抵达时间较晚，前台员工提醒我们周围的餐厅营业时间将止，我们选择就在酒店餐厅就餐。有一个白人服务生，提醒我们下一次就餐，不能穿短裤和拖鞋进餐厅，我们认为是礼貌的，并未在意。第二天早餐，我们正常早餐时，因为用不锈钢勺子舀酸奶时发出了声音，同一位服务生示意打搅到其他客人了。但是，同样的情况和行为，其他白人顾客并没有被提醒。而且，餐厅里服务生收拾餐具的声音比我们发出的大得多，也没有觉得打搅到顾客了。特别是，还有其他族裔的顾客在餐厅里大声喧哗和说笑，也未被提醒。这种区别对待，使我们觉得很不舒服，希望你们管理层能够对类似的事情提高警惕，避免类似事情对酒店声誉的影响！

Wonderful stay in beautiful Hallstatt. I would highly recommend.
Pros:

Our room was beautiful in the front of the hotel with a gorgeous view of the lake. There was no air conditioning but that didn't matter because we could open the windows and have a lovely breeze.

Отель и его расположение просто класс, с парковки к отелю и назад привозит и отвозит машина отеля, сервис отличный, завтрак был супер, в целом остались просто шикарные впечатления для всей семьи, рекомендую.

Comfortable room with gorgeous view!
Pros:

There was a beautiful view to the lake.

Cons:

we were accomodated in a different building, so we had to walk to the main building for breakfast or check in and out. but it was a 5 minutes long nice walk and we always had help with the luggages.

الفندق كان في مبنى تاريخي، والنظافة ممتازة، أيضاً الإطلالة كانت رائعة جداً، تعامل الموظفين كان ممتاز ولم نواجه عنصرية أو تحيّز.

المبنى لا يوجد فيه مصعد، فقد كان الصعود للغرفة بالطابق الثالث متعب نوعاً ما، أيضاً الفطور لم يكن متنوع بشكل كافي، ولم يكن يوضح الأطعمة الحلال من غيرها، السعر نوعاً ما كان مرتفع مقارنة بالخدمات والغرفة.
