Important information:

Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Location, location, location! No problems getting the room we'd reserved (lake view). Great surprise for the quality of the breakfast and the sauna availability. Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Temperature in the room was always perfect. High quality with the people and accommodations.

Cons:

Might need to add a grab bar in the bathtub, since it's a high step up.

Pros:

Her şey harikaydı. Feribottan inip 1 dakika içinde otele ulaşıyorsunuz en merkezi konumdaki oteldi. Ayrıca mutfağı çok iyiydi. Akşam yemeğini de otelin restoranında yedik, yediğimiz her şey inanılmaz lezzetliydi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu.

Cons:

Check in saatinin geç olması bizi biraz zorladı ama odamızı normalden erken hazırlayarak yardımcı oldular.

Excelent! Vom reveni în fiecare anotimp. Primăvara este recomandat.
Pros:

Locația a fost splendidă, o vedere mirifica spre lac si spre muntii învecinați, in plus peisaje de vis la răsărit și la apus. Personalul foarte amabil și atent.

Cons:

Micul dejun a fost un bufet destul de consistent dar puțin variat. La locație nu este permis accesul auto, fiind un site protejat din patrimoniul UNESCO. Transportul la și de la hotel e asigurat de un Shuttle Bus. Șoferul acestui microbuz este foarte necioplit și critica turiștii pentru numărul și gabaritul bagajelor. O nota proastă din acest punct de vedere la adresa municipalității, care asigura serviciul de transfer. Totuși personalul de la recepție a compensat neajunsul punându-ne la dispoziție propriul microbuz al hotelului pentru transfer, evitând astfel discuțiile jenante cu șoferul microbuzului pus la dispoziție de primăria orașului. Transportul cu microbuzul hotelului a fost impecabil și șoferul din partea hotelului a fost extrem de politicos și ajutător scuzandu-se mereu pentru situația jenantă creata anterior.

Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Obsługa miła , bardzo uczynna i pomocna.
Śniadanie przeciętne, co dzień to samo ,np. jajecznica z proszku, ale głodni nie byliśmy.
4 gwiazdki hotelowe to chyba trochę na wyrost ale tragedii nie ma.
