Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).
A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.
Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.
Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

兩個女生住太偏僻了,位置不好,非常的暗很危險,睡得不安穩,再加上還要把行李箱運來運去,飯店的電話還壞掉了!!非常感謝客房清潔的阿姨幫我打電話請人來托運我們的行李。
La ubicación y las vistas
1.房間陽台走出去就可以看到碼頭,入住第一晚就下雪,早上起床看到地上和山染上一層夢幻白,太值得了,彷彿身處在童話世界,很幸福
2.早餐總類雖沒到非常多,但好吃
We chose a room a bit farther from the main hotel for the lake view, and it was totally worth it. Spacious, spotless and well equipped, with an incredible view. Everything looked newly renovated and the bed was very comfortable.
The only issue during our stay was at the hotel’s restaurant. We were staying at the hotel and made an early dinner reservation online via the hotel website about 20 days in advance. However, when we arrived we were initially offered only one table option; after we raised the issue, a second option was offered, but it was still at the very end of the restaurant and among the least desirable tables. At the same time, several standard tables for two were visibly available and were assigned a few minutes later to other guests without any problem. This was confusing and felt disappointing, even though the food was good.

First the blonde haired woman slammed the door in our faces so then we walked in the other entrance.
Then we went around and she didn’t even mention that she closed the door in our faces.
She lead us to our table she didn’t offer us drinks
But my meal there wasn’t much wrong with it!
The Desserts Took two minutes to come but the coffee/Tea took around 10-15 minutes to come which was a long wait.
The man with dark hair literally threw the receipt on the table.
I’m very disappointed over the dinner it could’ve been a lot better.
We contacted the hotel at 4:30 PM to reserve a table for 5:00 PM. The reservation was handled courteously.
Upon our arrival approximately three minutes prior to our reservation, we waited outside the restaurant until its opening.
At 5:00 PM, as I approached the entrance, a staff member closed the door. I was unaware that the primary entrance was located on the opposite side of the restaurant. We proceeded to the designated entrance, provided our name, and were escorted to our table. The incident regarding the door closure was not addressed. This interaction was perceived as unprofessional.
Upon being seated, we were provided with menus but were not offered beverages.
Our food order was placed, and the meal was satisfactory.
Following our meal, we requested the bill and completed payment via card. The receipt was presented in an abrupt manner.
While Hallstatt is a picturesque location and the hotel appeared commendable, the service experienced during dinner was notably subpar.
Basic professional courtesy, including a welcoming demeanor, significantly enhances the guest experience.
This establishment was recommended by our local hotel, and we were quite disappointed with the service received.
