Important information:

Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Незабутня подорож до Хальстату саме завдяки цьому готелю

Готель просто неймовірний. Напевно найкращий готель в Хальстаті. Номер дуже чистий. Кімната простора. Є всі необхідні предмети в кімнаті. Атмосфера номеру дуже автентична . Одна сторона дивиться на озеро, інший вид на не менш гарну історичну будівлю церкву .В душі гель для душу та шампунь L’occitane, що є приємним бонусом. Вид з кімнати-це взагалі казка. Ми жили в номері з видом на озеро з балконом, і прокидатись зранку з видом на озеро або пити каву з видом на озеро -це було незабутньо. Персонал в готелі ну дуже привітний. Нам дуже допомогла Jelena. У нас був номер з видом на озеро, але нам надали номер з балконом. Тому це була незабутня річниця весілля для мене і мого чоловіка. Також на будь-яке питання Jelena нам з радістю відповідала. При виїзді пояснила, як дістатися до станції та допомогла розібратись з білетом. Нам дозволили лишити валізи в готелі зранку, хоча поселення в готель тільки в 15.00. Щиро вдячні Jelena за привітне ставлення і допомогу. Саме завдяки таким працівникам формується враження про готель. І можу з впевненістю сказати, що для мене це тепер кращий готель в Європі, де я зупинялась. Сніданок-це окреме задоволення. Дуже великий вибір всього. Крім звичайних сирів, є навіть камамбер та філадельфія . А такої смачної копченої риби я не пробувала дуже давно. І це все на сніданок! Все продумано. Меню ну дуже різноманітне, на будь-який смак і смачне. Тільки заради цього готелю хочеться повернутись в Хальстат ще раз.

Pros:

Konumu çok çok iyi, tam merkezde. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, güler yüzlü, anlayışlı ve naziklerdi. Çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyorum. Otel odasında bulunan çay, kahve gibi olanaklar iyiydi. Balkon ve manzarası da şahaneydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Akşam yemeğini de orada tercih ettik, manzara ve yemekler şahaneydi. Halsstatt zaten çok güzel bir yer, otelimiz de bu güzelliğe eşlik etti.

Cons:

Biraz eski bir yapı, parkesi, çarşaflar falan biraz eskiydi, ama yine de fiyatını hak eden bir yer.

Our bathroom shower head brace was broken and kept falling down. The toilet was also leaking. The room was a bit stuffy until we opened the windows.

Öncelikle göle sıfır konumunda aldığımız oda göl manzaralı ve güzeldi … konumu gayet güzel … otele gitmeden gelen mail üzerine P1 otoparkına aracımızı bıraktıktan sonra ücretsiz servis ile otelimize geldik … otelin restaurant kısmı oldukça lezzetli ve yakında alternatif olarak başka restaurant ve büfeler mevcut … tekrar gelsen yine aynı otelde kalırım …

Amazing view, hotel “ok”
Pros:

The location is amazing, just in front of the lake with an amazing view.

Cons:

The hotel needs to be renovated. The shower is “ok”, the bed is not very comfortable.
One thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that the waste basket was not empty. Made me wonder of the hotel cleaning.
