Important information:

Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

החדר היה עם מרפסת לכיוון האגם

החדר שהוזמן היה חדר עם נוף לאגם והבנו מהקבלה שהיה בבנין המרכזי של המלון בהיגענו לשם נתברר שהמלון מורכב משלושה בניינים שכל אחד לא שייך לשני ושהחדר שלנו תפוס ולא ניתן לתת לנו אותו הבחור בקבלה הזמין את המנהל והתחיל לשכנע אותנו שאין ברירה אלא לקחת חדר בבניין השלישי במרחק הליכה של עשר דקות מהבניין המרכזי בנוסף לעלות לחדר היה כרוך בתיפוס ובעליה בשלושים מדרגות מה עוד שבחדר יש עוד שלוש מדרגות לעלות לחדר האמבטיה לא התחשבו שלבעלי בן 66 ושבאנו לחגוג יום הולדת שלו והוא עם בעיות בברכיים וקשה לו לעלות מדרגות הצוות היה קשוח וללא מוכנות לעזור , אכזבה

El hotel cuenta con 3 edificios y a nostros nos tocó el castillo, precioso, muy cómodo, sin vista, pero muy bonito y limpio, las camas comodísimas, de las que no quieres levantarte y gritan ¡vacaciones! Las amenidades en el hotel ybel desayuno es delicioso.

Cons:

Si llevas auto debes dejar estacionado tu vehículo en un parking fuera de Hallstatt, luego una combi va por los turistas hospedados en el pueblo cada cierto tiempo, entra el transporte al pueblo y te deja en el "centro" luego caminas 2 calles pequeñas (aprox) hasta el hotel, creo que por el precio que pagas, deberían considerar el costo del parking e informar las instrucciones de llegada desde que reservas pues no todos los turistas traemos datos en el celular para recibir las instrucciones, además no existe a quien preguntar nada en el estacionamiento así que si eres despistado con el móvil durante tus vacaciones, seguro te quedas sin enterarte de nada.

A great choice for location and views for arrival by ferry
Pros:

We greatly appreciated being given a room according our preference in Haus Kainz which was just opposite the ferry wharf and had lift access. Our junior suite room could fit up to 4 persons which had a balcony and direct views to the water. The room was also very spacious and looked better than in the website pictures. Location of the hotel was fantastic being easy walking distance to everything but definitely convenient for arrival by ferry. The included breakfast with view of the lake was really enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel staff could be friendlier and a warmer welcome would have made the stay experience even more perfect. Scrambled eggs at breakfast was like rubber.
