Important information:

Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

坐擁美景的湖光飯店。
Pros:

這家飯店的賣點就是窗外的湖景，十分優美。最好直接選附帶陽臺的房型，好好在陽臺上欣賞風景，才值回票價。
飯店櫃檯接待人員，年輕的女性人員比男性更爲親切。早餐精緻美味。

Cons:

房間沒有冷氣。當時八月，下午入住，卻沒有冷氣，只提供電風扇。
夜晚入睡後，就還好。如果怕熱的旅客，可以留意這點。
房間的設備也稍微老舊ㄧ些。
另外，有幾次在走道或電梯門口遇到推著推車的女性房務人員，都不會對客人打招呼。是我入住所有飯店中，最差的體驗。

立地は良いが、高い料金を出して泊まるほど満足はしなかった。

船着場から近い

Cons:

下水の臭いが酷かった。チェックイン時間直ぐなのに部屋を変えて欲しいと頼んだのに、いっぱいだと言われた。差別されてる感じが
否めない。
高い割に湖側の予約にしては、前が駐車場の1階高すぎる!

Decent hotel, terrible location.
Pros:

The rooms were reasonably clean. The comfort wasn't bad, either. The breakfast, however, was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel was not bad but it had 3 buildings..
They placed us in the building furthest from the village center. Going back and forth along that route turned into an ordeal for my elderly family members.

Vigyázz, mert nem mindenben korrektek
Pros:

A Haus Stockertben voltunk (bár a főépületbe kértünk szobát), a szoba nagyszerű volt.

Cons:

Közvetlen tóparti szállodát kerestünk, ezért a Haus Kainzba kértünk szobát. (A szállodának 3 épülete van, egymástól 3-5 perc távolságra.) Azt írták, hogy köszönik a jelzést, megtesznek mindent. Több üzenetváltás volt ezután, de nem jelezték, hogy nem a főépületben leszünk (ahol pl. van szauna is.) A Stockert régi, dohos épület, lift nincsen. A dohszag a szobában nem érződik, a szoba nagyszerű és a tóra néz, bár inkább házakat látunk, tavat kevésbé. A főépületben éppen esküvő volt, ezért vacsorázni ott nem lehetett, pedig az értékelések szerint az a legjobb étterem a városkában. Az előre kifizetett ár nem változott attól, hogy másik épületbe kellett átgyalogolnunk (s persze a reggeliért vissza - még jó, hogy nem volt esős idő). A hely jó, a kommunikáció elégtelen.
