Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more special.
A special thank you to Thalia, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. We really appreciated it ! made a big difference for us and showed genuine care for guests.
Thanks to such outstanding service, we are already planning another trip in May/June and look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The service and location were excellent. The staff were very helpful and offered clear instructions and useful suggestions about transportation and getting around the city centre.

Cons:

Everything was very nice overall. The only small area for improvement would be the quality of some bakery items, such as the croissants at breakfast.

Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν μονοτονο με μικρή ποικιλία και επαναλαμβανόταν τα ίδια τρόφιμα. μάλιστα όταν ειχαμε την αφιξη των οργανωμένων γκλουπ η ποικιλία μειώθηκε ακόμη περισσότερο.
η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή και βοήθησε η στάση αστικων ΚΤΕΛ που ήταν απέναντι από την είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

θα προτιμνούσα να έχει ντουζιέρα αντί για μπανιέρα, καθώς και η οθόνη TV ήταν πολύ μικρή,

Είχαμε δωμάτιο οικογενειακό , μας έδωσαν ένα κλειδί μόνο και είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει δεύτερο . (Η κάρτα δεν δούλεψε ποτέ)

Les gens sont très gentil mais l’hôtel n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles

Piscine et bar fermés en avril.aucun service de restauration rapide.le mobilier en chambre et dans l’hôtel est vieux et taché.il n’y a que deux prise dans la chambres utilisées par des lampes.Le prix du restaurant est exorbitant pour une qualité médiocre.

The staff were lovely very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Good value

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t too good. Little options and the food was bland. We booked a double room but it consisted of 2 single beds pushed together, location is an hour walk from the old town.

The location to airport.
The views were nice

Cons:

Not a 4 star.
Would say 2 stars. You can't makethe reception and dining area look great and have the rooms being awful.

Needs refurbishment or class it a standard 2 star. Travelodge beats this place by far.

Beds were horrible. Sheets amd towels were really old and over used.

Staff were not helpful. They didn't have a working scale or couldn't get hold of one for me.
Didn't seem bothered.

Breakfast quality was poor. Although they had options. The quality was well below standard.

Too expensive for what they offer.

They shouldn't be charging more than £30 a night for this place.
