Das Essen war lecker.

Cons:

Von 8 bis 10 Uhr ist Frühstück. Um 8 Uhr war alles voll, wenn man um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, war vieles vom Buffet schon weg und es wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
Das Badezimmer war klein.

Pobyt na jedną noc
Pros:

Hotel blisko granicy z Polską, w pokojach z pojedynczymi łóżkami jest opcja ich połączenia bez wyczuwalnej przerwy. Bardzo dobre coś ocenie wody pod prysznicem. Śniadania wystarczające każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pobliskie restauracje z opcją dowozu na plus, również strefa z sofami bardzo fajna opcja żeby posiedzieć poza pokojem.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji na poddaszu w ciepłych miesiącach musi być ciężko. Twarde materace i zbyt miękkie poduszki. Stara winda niby na 8 osób ale zawiezie tylko dwie osoby z bagażami. Hotel w dziwnym klimacie niby styl pałacowy, ale wszystkiego jest tak dużo że nie wiadomo o co chodzi, ale może komuś przypadnie do gustu.

Wellnesshotel ohne Wellness, alles ist kostenpflichtig!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, doch leider wurde nichts nachgelegt und man musste selbstständig das Geschirr abräumen, was mir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel bisher nicht bekannt war. Der Garten war sehr nett hergerichtet, doch es war leider nicht klar ob man sich dort kostenlos aufhalten darf, denn enttäuschender Weise musste man jegliche Nutzung, außerhalb des sehr schlicht eingerichteten, aber sauberen Hotelzimmers, zusätzlich bezahlen.

Cons:

Gern möchte ich im Vorfeld mitteilen, dass ich es oft schade finde, wenn Gäste unschöne Bewertungen schreiben und Hotels in ungerechtfertigter Weise im schlechten Licht stehen lassen.
Doch in diesem enttäuschendem Fall möchte ich andere Gäste gerne aufklären.
Das Hotel ist in einem kleinen Ort, leider gibt es weder im Hotel noch im Ort eine warme Küche, doch nach unserer langen Wanderung waren wir sehr hungrig und erkundigten uns nach Möglichkeiten, eines Restaurants und nach den Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass im Wellnessbereich Uhrzeiten vergeben werden, was uns nicht verwunderte, denn das Hotel ist recht klein und man möchte scheinbar eine Überfüllung vorbeugen. Nachdem wir den Nachbarort nach ein paar Kilometern und vielen Kurven erreicht haben, und zu Abend gegessen hatten, war es bereits etwas später als unser eigentlicher Zeitplan es vorsah. Wir kamen im Hotel an, schnappten unsere Badetasche ( Bademäntel waren leider nicht im Zimmer ) und gingen in den Wellnessbereich und wurden von der Mitarbeiterin begrüßt, dass wir zu spät sind, sie signalisierte es immer wieder mit der auf die Uhr zeigenden Geste ( zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es 20.27 Uhr ). Es war alles abgedeckt und dunkel, es war nur der herkömmliche Pool geöffnet. Wir ließen uns den Wellnessbereich zeigen, die Mitarbeiterin deckte den Pool sofort ab und wir gingen danach entspannt zur Rezeption um für den nächsten Tag erneute Zeiten zu vereinbaren. Das taten wir, fragten nach dem Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse und ob zusätzliche Kosten entstehen, erst dann wurde uns eine Preisliste für alle Bereiche vorgelegt. Wir waren sehr verwundert, denn zu keinem Zeitpunkt wurde dies kommuniziert oder irgendwo darauf hingewiesen, dass die bloße Nutzung eines Pools, des Whirlpools oder der Sauna kostenpflichtig ist. Wir baten um Kulanz, da es ja erst 20.37 Uhr ist und wir ja noch mindestens 20 min den Pool hätten nutzen können.

Świetny hotel tuż przy granicy PL/CZ
Pros:

Klimatyczne miejsce, cudowny uśmiechnięty personel. Łóżka wygodne, czyściutko w pokojach. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, buraczki do śniadania były zaskoczeniem - pysznym zaskoczeniem :)

Cons:

Basen extra płatny, wolałabym podwyższyć cenę pokoju i mieć nielimitowany dostęp
