Clean hotel with friendly staff but needs improvement to justify the price
Pros:

The self service mini bar thing is a very good idea. You can use it whenever you want including for draft beer and mark down your purchases to pay at the end, it was very convenient. The lift was very fast and efficient and the car park always had plenty of spaces. The room and bathroom was very clean and decorated nicely. Shower was good and toilet had a powerful flush. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The area around the hotel is pleasant and the air is fresh.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was one of the poorest in all my years of travel. As someone who doesn't eat pork, I basically had cheese and rohlík both days. It seemed the focus was on it being healthy but the options were very limited. The bed was not comfortable in my opinion and the one oversize pillow made it difficult for me to sleep. It was also disappointing to learn that the spa facilities are not including in the cost of the room. I understand things like massages etc should warrant a surcharge but simply using the sauna or steamroom should be included in the price given the cost but we were told we have to give them advanced notice if we want to use the spa. The curtains also did not really fully obscure the view from outside which made us feel a bit self conscious. The TV in the room is very small and not many plug sockets, the toiletries in the bathroom were of low quality.

Doporučujem na príjemný víkend k Adršpachu a pevnosti Dobrošov

Raňajky formou bufetu, široký výber, bežnému človeku tam nič nechýba (mne chýbalo bezlaktózové mlieko ale to majú málo kde) a hrala nám pri tom príjemná hudba, takže fajn relax. Izba skvelá, posteľ pohodlná, pekný výhľad do záhrad. Celkovo interiéry na úrovni, obsluha perfektná, skvelá komunikácia, a ten nonstop samoobslužný bar s jedlom a pitím sme využili každý večer.

Cons:

To, že môžete mať do istej miery wellness v cene pobytu (vírivka a sauna na 25 min.) ale len keď si zarezervujete hotel cez hotelovú webstránku som sa dozvedela až keď už som mala pobyt cez booking.com zarezervovaný a spravený online check-in v hotelovom systéme a volala som hotelu s objednávkou vírivky. Neoverovala som si, či je cez web ubytovanie lacnejšie alebo drahšie než cez booking a týmpádom či sa to oplatí bookovať cez booking alebo cez hotel ale doporučujem to skúsiť aspoň vám pred tým, než si tento hotel zabookujete.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam za udany pomimo, że pogoda nam nie dopisała
Pros:

W hotelu panuje miła atmosfera, pierwszy raz spotkałem się z samoobsługowym barem, co było miłym zaskoczeniem, co prawda serwowane w nim trunki były dodatkowo płatne, ale ceny nie były wygórowane. Łózka w pokoju były wygodne, a śniadanie smaczne.

Cons:

Szkoda, że w cenie pobytu nie można korzystać z basenu , saun, czy też z jacuzzi.

Nettes Hotel aber kein Wellness Hotel im klassischen Sinne
Pros:

Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend
Frühstück ist gut aber nichts besonderes
Parkmöglichkeiten sind top
Ruhige angenehme Lage !

Cons:

Dafür, dass das ein Wellness Hotel ist muss man sich sogar halbstündlich extra Plätze für den Pool (und weitere Wellness Bereiche) buchen und zusätzlich zahlen, für uns war das eigentlich bei einem Wellness Hotel inbegriffen.
—> also es gibt im Prinzip einen Wellness Bereich den man als Gast, im Preis inbegriffen, nutzen kann.


Ohne Auto ist man einen 25min Spaziergang von einem Supermarkt oder so entfernt

Adequate but a bit disappointing.
Cons:

You have to pay extra per hour for the spa/wellness. I perhaps should have checked this more carefully when making the reservation, but for a hotel called ‘Tommy Wellness&Spa’, I found this disappointing. There is no restaurant at the hotel; the hotel is located in the middle of a residential area, so for dinner you have to walk for half an hour or get in the car for 10 minutes. The hotel certainly did not give us the relaxed wellness feeling that the photos convey.

Vše na jedničku ,rádi se vracíme . Snídaně perfekt,milý personál .
Určitě se opět vrátíme 🤗

DOPORUČUJI! Milý personál, super samobslužný bar, luxusní snídaně!
Pros:

Chci pochválit velmi milý a ochotný personál. Slečny, či mladé paní velmi ochotné, vždy vše ochotně vysvětlily, poradily, zařídily. Snídaně naprosto perfektní, já osobně musím vyzdvihnout, že jsem každé ráno měla přichystané bezlepkové pečivo a i něco bezlepkového sladkého . A nádherné, klidné prostředí u snídaně. Hotel má specifický samoobslužný bar, který je hodně na důvěře k hostům, kdy si vezmete, či načepujete co chcete a zapíšete do kartičky. Nám velmi vyhovoval chlazený bar s jídlem k večeři, protože po celodenním ježdění na kole se nám již nechtělo nikde chodit na večeře. A opět musím vyzdvihnout, že vždy mi byl přichystán nějaký studený talíř bez lepku a pečivo, vždy překryté potravinovou foliií,aby nedošlo ke kontaminaci. Večer velká výhoda perfektního posezení v klidné útulné místnosti. Moc se mi na konci pobytu líbilo, že slečna z recepce se mě přišla zeptat, zda bych ji poradila, jak vylepšit služby pro hosty, co musí dodržovat bezlepkovou dietu, že jí bylo líto, že jsem měla menší výběr pečiva než ostatní, protože hostů s bezlepkovou dietou je jen pár do roka. Prostě velká jednička s hvězdičkou!

Cons:

Snad jen tvrdší postele.
