Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, maar we waren tegelijk met een grote groep kinderen en het was niet precies duidelijk waar onze plaats was.

Bad value for money
Pros:

The kids playground, soccer and climbing facilities and the ski room are great!
The rooms are okay, clean and spacious with storage.
The lobby is welcoming with nice ambiente, lots of board games and a good area to watch the children whilst having a drink.

Cons:

The food quality is horrendous, cold food, dry meat, randomly selected items for dinner that make no nice meal. Only filter coffee for breakfast (or pay for average machine coffee), though the breakfast selection was okay. The buffets are not taken care of, once the food is put out things go cold, empty or look nasty and nobody goes and makes it look presentable or fills things up.

The hotel is understaffed and honestly runs like a hostel, wich is fine if you charge hostel prices. Having to pay 300+ euros a night for hostel standards is disappointing.

The noise level is an issue, doors are slamming left and right. Unfortunately we got a room right by the back door that leads to the parking lot and shuts with a loud bang!

The staff is not able to manage feedback/complaints. Nobody asked why we cancelled the half board on day 2 and the only response i got when giving feedback at checkout was: 'well i guess it's a matter of taste..' which i consider rude..
