El diseño colonial del hotel
Que el bar estuviera cerrado durante mi estancia
Alojamiento en pleno centro histórico de Cartagena, puedes ir andando a todos los lugares del casco histórico y Gestsemaní. La habitación con el aire acondicionado puesto todo el día, cosa que se agradece, ya que la temperatura en Cartagena es muy alta. La habitación era amplia y se podía estar cómodo.
Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, sempre atenciosos e cordiais!

Teníamos 3 habitaciones reservadas para el grupo y mandaron a 3 de nosotros a otro hotel por 1 noche. Ascensor malo (estábamos en el cuarto piso)
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. El diseño es muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son frescas y cómodas y cuentan con aire acondicionado que es sumamente necesario. Los muchachos de recepción muy atentos y serviciales.
Que no funcionara el ascensor y no lo hubiesen avisado. Que el desayuno no abra completo hasta 7.30 cuando los tours parten a las 8.
Cerca a todos los lugares importantes, se podía ir caminando a todo, staff muy amable.
Humedad en las habitaciones, no ascensor, mucho ruido por las noches
O hotel é ótimo: localização, climatização do quarto, camas e chuveiros confortáveis, atenção dos funcionários. Café da manhã razoável. Café, água e chá disponíveis durante todo o dia. Recomendo!
O único inconveniente foi que o elevador não estava funcionando. Fiquei no 3º andar e houve esse pequeno detalhe de carregar as malas e subir e descer mais de 1x ao dia para chegar ao quarto.

Gostamos de tudo! Atendimento muito especial, quarto confortavel, roupa de cama macia. Café da manhã saboroso. Nosso quarto tinha uma sacada com vista para o jardim interno, muito lindo. Só no ultimo dia descobrimos que o hotel havia uma jacuzzi no terraço.

Excelente hospedaje en Cartagena. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y cuentan con aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Además, tiene piscina y jacuzzi, perfectos para relajarse. Roller fue muy, muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
