Posizione ottima dell albergo, struttura molto carina . Personale molto cortese e disponibile ad aiutare i turisti che hanno bisogno di consigli
Ubicación céntrica. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y desayuno buffet bueno. Personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, en nuestro caso nos aconsejaron sobre la visita a las Islas del Rosario.
Nos desconcertó que el precio final del alojamiento incluía la propina del 10%, obviamente es opcional pero ya te ponen en ese compromiso que en otros hoteles de Colombia no hemos vivido.

Zimmer ohne richtiges Fenster, sehr dunkel. Eines der Zimmer mit sehr starkem Putzmittelgeruch.
Sobretodo la atención del personal tanto de recepción, cómo del resto de los empleados. El desayuno muy rico y variado.
El olor que tienen las habitaciones y algunas partes del hotel a humedad. Es normal, porque el edificio es muy antiguo, pero en mi opinión es llevadero, un poco molesto al principio, pero luego apenas se nota.
