Hotel bem no coração da cidade amuralhada
Pros:

Adoramos a localização, pois o hotel está bem na área central da cidade amuralhada e dá para fazer quase tudo a pé, inclusive dá para ir a pé para realizar os passeios de barcos nas visitas das ilhas, que são os passeios mais lindos de Cartagena! O café da manhã é bem simples, mas atendeu bem às nossas necessidades!

Céntrico, comodo y trato agradable.
Pros:

Super amables en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a orientarte y darte los reales tips. El desayuno 10/10, usabamos el jacuzzi casi siempre vacio pero para niños super bien.

El desayuno es TERRIBLE!!!. No entiendo como hay gente que dice que el desayuno es bueno. Tuvimos que buscar alternativas fuera del hotel para desayunar. La ubicación del hotel podría ser buena, pero esta rodeada de sitios nocturnos con música toda la noche que hacen muy difícil el descanso y la esquina aledaña, por la noche, es un prostíbulo a cielo abierto. Entiendo que son problemas ajenos al hotel, pero afectan seriamente su imagen.

Al llegar no tuvimos toallas, estas llegaron al día siguiente. La luz del lavabo estuvo quemada los últimos días. El último día el papel higiénico se agotó y no fue repuesto. Tuvimos que pedir la secadora de pelo pues no estuvo en el baño. Podrían haber tenido más información sobre las playas o sitios donde ir y tener propaganda que invitara a informarnos o a preguntar. Sería necesario tener agua fría con hielo en la mesita de entrada pues cuando llegábamos al final del día ya se había terminado. No sé si fue en el hotel pero tuve muchas picaduras de moscos solo en el lado izquierdo de mi cuerpo. Son pequeños detalles que podrían solucionarse sin mucho esfuerzo o inversión. La piscina muy bonita pero se encuentra muy a la vista del que entra. No había propaganda sobre el servicio de jacuzzi y solo no enteramos el último día. De todas maneras la ciudad es muy linda y agradecemos por nuestra estancia en el hotel que sí fue seguro y confiable.
