No funcionaba el ascensor, subir 5 pisos x escaleras a veces costaba
Acomodação rústica mas que atende muito bem as necessidades, recomendo bastante! Funcionários gentis e atenciosos! Muito bem localizada, próximo a quase todos os pontos importantes do centro histórico!
Wonderful old hotel in a great location in old town ("Walled City"). Can walk to many good restaurants. Excellent staff, very helpful front desk people. Great breakfast buffet and the ladies at the buffet are very nice!! We have stayed here many times.
Elegí este hotel por los comentarios tan positivos sobre el personal y superó mis expectativas. Muy amables, sonrientes, disponibles, colaboradores... Soy una adulta mayor (77) con problemas de movilidad y estuvieron muy pendientes de mi condición.
Les sugeriría poner una barra de seguridad en el baño de la habitación que reserven para adultos mayores y asegurarse de que no hay fugas de agua que humedezcan el piso.

Tuvimos que pasar por 3 habitaciones, todas con olor a madera humeda guardada. En las dos primeras fallaba el teléfono de habitación, en una el aire y la bombilla. El ascensor no funcionó ningún día. Al final, la última habitación algo decente aunque el olor menos fuerte pero persistía.
Hotel ligt midden in oude stad, mooi oud gebouw, ontbijt op het dak was heerlijk. Beetje hard matras. Het was ijskoud toen ik aankwam, en ik kon zelf de temperatuur instellen. Ik hoefde dus niet een uur te wachten tot het koel was.
Water in de koelkast was bevroren. Ik vond 's ochtends allemaal dode vliegjes bij het raam

Las instalaciones siguen estando bien.
El ascensor estaba malo y para la habitación que me dieron en el piso 4 era muy aburridor la subida por escaleras .

El chorro de la ducha muy pequeño y era difícil bañarse.
