Die Lage war sehr zentral.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Wir haben das Problem selbstständig behoben, nachdem das Personal es nur oberflächlich angegangen ist.

No cuenta con ascensor y estábamos en el quinto piso, me parece que debiesen invertir para que su gente de recepcion realice los tours que recomienda , sería un buena inversión, a nuestro parecer estan desactualizados . Tienen una bella terraza pero no le sacan partido
Great location, good value for money, nice big breakfast with loads of choices all included, the place looks amazing considering how old it is, you can still see parts of the old walls. Good water pressure in the shower. Roof top at night is very comfy and even has a spa.
The room was very dark and the only windows had a type of no see through curtain. Once you removed it, guests could look in. Air con had to run continuously as when switched off, there was a slight smell of the old walls. Pretty normal, considering how old the place is.

La atención y amabilidad de todo el personal, unos genios en recepción. Muy eficientes, nos resolvieron salidas y reservas.
Filomena en cocina, la número uno.
La ubicación perfecta. Las piscinas y el espacio en la azotea.
No funcionaba el ascensor pero nos subieron las maletas
Una excelente ubicacion, muy buena atencion en especial ROGER quien nos atendio muy bien.

La habitación donde me alojé no tenía el vidrio de la ducha por lo que se mojaba todo el baño a la hora de bañarse, le iluminación de las habitaciones baja y le faltan muchos enchufes

Elevador não funcionou. Café bem aquém do preço pago. O quarto precisa de limpeza melhor. Algumas osgas e insetos nos fizeram companhia. Cama desconfortável.

Nos pareció muy cómoda la ubicación, el cuarto con todo lo que se necesita. El desayuno muy completo.
Estuvo bueno que como íbamos a hacer un paseo a un pueblo y no nos quedaba cómodo llevarnos las valijas nos permitieron dejarlas dado que teníamos reserva nuevamente días después

Las instalaciones demasiado deteriorado, la cama es súper incómoda para dormir, amaneces con el cuerpo adolorido porque no usan colchón como tal, lo que te ponen es una colchoneta y es demasiado dura y además hay insectos que no te dejan dormir y se pegan en la cama
Céntrico; amabilidad del personal de la recepcion, nos apoyaron para contratrar el tour. Habitacion cómoda y bien limpia. Té y café gratis en recepcion, excelente servicio.
