Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, wir waren enttäuscht
Pros:

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Spa Bereich viel zu klein, direkt nebenan die Bahnlinie und eine Geräuschkulisse bei der man nicht entspannen kann. Direkt neben dem Hotel fährt alle 5 Minuten ein Zug. Zimmer konnte nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden, sobald die Sonne aufgeht ist es hell. Außerdem hört man alles vom Hotelflur, da unter der Tür ein Spalt ist. Die Auswahl beim Abendessen ist zu klein, man kann nur zwischen zwei Gerichten wählen.

tolle lage mit traumhaften sonnenuntergängen

aussicht und frühstücksbuffet top, tolle betten, schönes SPA mit sauna sicht auf see

Cons:

das welcome feeling hat mir persönlich gefehlt, mitarbeiter im abendservice leider nicht qualifiziert für preis/leistung von hotel (ausnahme anna)

Frühstück war gut, Personal sehr nett, aufmerksam. Leider ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Parplatz und Innen hof trotz Buchung Zimmer zum See. Direkt an den Bahngleisen, an Schlaf nicht zu denken nachts. Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, sonst ok. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön! Nicht sehr viel Dekos. Leider sind die Matratzen für mich sehr hart. Auf Wunsch bekommt man jedoch einen Matratzentopper.
Swimmingpool ist nicht sehr gross - am Samstag Nachmittag muss man mit vielen Leuten rechnen. Aber es gibt ja in warmen Monaten den See. Frühstück fantastisch! Sauna wunderbar.
Die fantastische Kosmetikerin Oleksandra ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit!

Das Hotel hat für uns den Zweck erfüllt.
Pros:

Für die Wahl des Hotels war der Standort entscheidend. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir ein Upgrade erhalten haben. Das Frühstückangebot war ausgesprochen reichlich und auch qualitativ sehr gut.

Cons:

Nichts zu beanstanden.
