Hotel agradable y con excelente atención al cliente

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, la limpieza es muy buena, la comida también. Tienen un jacuzzi con previa reserva. La noche incluye el desayuno, todo muy rico. Lo que realmente atrapa es la atención y calidad humana, sin duda me quedaría de nuevo y recomendaría. Tuve un inconveniente por un aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron la habitación, incluso la mejoraron.

Cons:

En las fotos de publicidad, da a entender que tiene una piscina. Es importante que resalten que no es una piscina, es un jacuzzi y por previa reserva. No tienen un servicio de restaurante para almorzar o cenar, sin embargo tienen muchísimos restaurantes cerca y con variedad, así que no es una limitante del todo. De resto no tengo queja alguna y como dije anteriormente, sería un lugar al que volvería. Muchas gracias a la chica que nos recibió ✨

La que se hospedo fue mi mamá y quedo encantada con la atención, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarle y sacarla de dudas. La ubicación excelente, lugar seguro y cerca de la playa.

Cons:

Carísimo, meten gato por liebre, nada fuel a las fotos!!! no tienen piscina sino un jacuzzi pequeño he lo prestan por horario y solo si hay cupo, nos quedamos una noche y NO lo pudimos utilizar, el desayuno pésimo pésimo, unas arepas que parecían cartón, huevo frío y horrible, y jugo que ellas (las de cocina) te sirven, sin opción de NADA MÁS!! Hotel viejo, puertas viejas, no volvería jamás. !!

La atención en el lobby

Cons:

No había sobresábanas. Al preguntar por ello, nos dijeron que el hotel no las usa, lo cual se aleja del buen aseo. En el baño solo había un dispensador de jabón para manos y para ducha, el cual estaba al lado de la ducha, lo que resultaba incómodo para lavarse las manos. La forma en que se dispensa el papel higiénico es incómoda. La nevera estaba muy sucia, tenía hongos.
