La ubicación, de resto nada

Cons:

Carísimo, meten gato por liebre, nada fuel a las fotos!!! no tienen piscina sino un jacuzzi pequeño he lo prestan por horario y solo si hay cupo, nos quedamos una noche y NO lo pudimos utilizar, el desayuno pésimo pésimo, unas arepas que parecían cartón, huevo frío y horrible, y jugo que ellas (las de cocina) te sirven, sin opción de NADA MÁS!! Hotel viejo, puertas viejas, no volvería jamás. !!

La atención en el lobby

Cons:

No había sobresábanas. Al preguntar por ello, nos dijeron que el hotel no las usa, lo cual se aleja del buen aseo. En el baño solo había un dispensador de jabón para manos y para ducha, el cual estaba al lado de la ducha, lo que resultaba incómodo para lavarse las manos. La forma en que se dispensa el papel higiénico es incómoda. La nevera estaba muy sucia, tenía hongos.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio
Pros:

La ubicación en Bocagrande es excelente, justo frente al parque Flanagan, muy cerca de la playa. El jacuzzi y el turco son muy agradables, ya que se reservan, son casi de uso exclusivo. En la terraza hay una vista muy bonita.

Cons:

Al llegar el sanitario no funcionaba, informamos varias veces pero no nos ayudaron, nosotros mismos tuvimos que destapar la tapa del tanque y arreglarlo. La persona que atendía en el restaurante tenía una actitud mala.

La limpieza me encanto, todo el dia ves gente haciendo aseo, super.

Cons:

El desayuno podria ser un poco mas, ya que todos los dias es lo mismo, por ultimo 2 tostadas con huevo, porque dan solo 1 y seria, muy poco.
