According to the "Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act” and the “Youth Welfare and Rights Act,” any business premise shall not offer alcoholic drink to children and young people under age 18. The Hotel, in order to protect children and youths as well as respect their legal statuses, from now on, will only serve adult guests aged 18 and up in Sheraton Club Lounge. The hotel would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
On weekends and consecutive holidays, breakfast is limited to one hour, and two different time periods are provided for guests to choose upon checking in, period 1: 06:30-08:30; period 2: 08:30-10:00. If the selected period is full, another period will be provided instead.

Stayed for two nights for a conference. Let me get over the good stuff first:
(1) complimentary drinks in the mini fridge
(2) generous amount of mineral water provided
(3) a colleague of mine visited the indoor heated pool and the sauna and he was suitably impressed
(4) fitness centre is quite comprehensive
Now for the things that took away two stars. It’s probably unfortunate that many of these “hardware stuff” cannot be easily rectified:
a. The buttons that control lighting in the room are terribly confusing
b. No charging port or socket at bedside (seriously, in this day and age…?!)
c. The cup is hard to hold when it contains hot boiling water - the handle is made such that a finger will be in contact with the main body of the cup… what a stupid design
d. The shower temperature is not easy to adjust
e. The tap knobs are hard to manoeuvre if your fingers are too greasy, say after applying hair gel. They have sacrificed functionality for aesthetics.
f. You can only connect the hair dryer to a socket in the room, not inside the toilet
g. They will give you breakfast coupons with a choice of ONE of two timings (0630-0830 versus 0830–1030) and apparently if you wish to change you MUST do so at the main reception. Wow, this is really dumb especially for visitors who have come for say a staycay, or a short holiday, and wish to “take it easy”. Didn’t the hotel management think about the seating capacity when they were planning the number of rooms?? FYI, I have been to other hotels who had ingenious ways to resolve this problem.
