The Hotel, in order to protect children and youths as well as respect their legal statuses, from now on, will only serve adult guests aged 18 and up in Sheraton Club Lounge. The hotel would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
On weekends and consecutive holidays, breakfast is limited to one hour, and two different time periods are provided for guests to choose upon checking in, period 1: 06:30-08:30; period 2: 08:30-10:00. If the selected period is full, another period will be provided instead.

The hotel presents as a brand-new, upscale property with outstanding facilities and generally immaculate maintenance. However, my experience in my second reserved room (Room 1501, East Wing) was deeply disappointing and fell well short of luxury hospitality standards.
The room suffered from severe, persistent humidity that left a heavy, damp odor throughout the space. More critically, over the weekend, cigarette smoke repeatedly drafted directly into the bedroom through the centralized air conditioning vents. For a designated smoke-free hotel, having second-hand smoke actively circulated into a guest room via the building's ventilation system is an unacceptable health concern and completely compromised the stay.
While the design and cleanliness of the public areas are commendable, management urgently needs to address the mechanical airflow isolation, riser backdraft dampers, and humidity controls along that wing.
