Pros:

Insgesamt alles sehr gut. War mehr als überrascht.
Personal hervorragend, Frühstück Klasse. Also nichts zu meckern. Wollte nur nicht bei allen sehr gut geben. Aber ansonsten immer wieder gern. Bin mit einen weinenden Auge gefahren.

Dear Novotel Luxemburg

I recently stayed at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had based on previous stays at other Novotel properties. I would like to share the issues I encountered:
1. Room Availability & Check-in: Upon arrival, the room I requested was not ready, and I was told I had to wait despite arriving late for check-in. The explanation given was understaffing.
2. Room Condition:
• Pillows were not clean.
• The shower emitted an unpleasant odor from the pipes.
• One closet door was non-functional, preventing the use of the in-room safe.
3. Breakfast: I was informed that the restaurant was out of service, and breakfast was available only at the hotel next door.
4. Accor Membership Benefits: When I asked to add my Accor membership to my booking, I was told that no benefits could be applied because I booked through Booking.com. At other Novotel hotels, I have received benefits and early check-in even when booking via third-party platforms.
5. Expectation vs Reality: I had chosen your hotel expecting the standard Novotel level of service. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property.

I had previously been reassured at Novotel Centre that giving your hotel another chance would result in an enjoyable stay. Sadly, this experience did not reflect the quality and service I have come to expect from the Novotel brand.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider ways to address these issues for future guests. I look forward to your response regarding how you plan to improve these matters

Pros:

I loved everything, the room was spotless, the breakfast was great, and the service was excellent in every aspect.

Cons:

The pillows: they weren't up to par with everything else. I found them inadequate considering the overall comfort and impeccable condition of the hotel.

Gute Unterkunft auf dem Kirchberg für einen Kurztripp
Pros:

Das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz und ist durchdacht sowie funktional eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich. WLAN funktioniert. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche und Badewanne. Alles war sehr sauber. Wasserspender auf dem Flur. Sehr nette Rezeptionsmitarbeitende. Gute Lage auf dem Kirchberg. Tramhaltestelle circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bahn in Richtung Stadt oder Flughafen fährt ca alle 4 Minuten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, so dass der Straßenverkehr (Tram) auch nachts/früh morgens hörbar ist. Keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee- oder Tee zuzubereiten.

Waren sehr zufrieden, schönes Zimmer , ausgezeichnetes Fruehstueck, strassenbahn ins zentrum in 100 Meter,, grosser Parkplatz

Cons:

Die Adresse fuer den Parkplatzes die wir bekommen haben, hat uns zu einer falschen Tiefgarage gebracht , wir haben lange gesucht bis wir zufällig die richtige fanden
