Pros:

Facilities were great! And food was delicious! The rooms were beautiful and got cleaned every day. Reception staff were lovely and super helpful and special shout out to Lazarus in the restaurant/bar who went above and beyond. They even helped me with a 6am pick up/transfer.

Cons:

10 minute walk from Malia. 20-30 mins from a lot of the nice beaches ect. Malia is very party which I didn’t realise. Also sometimes heard people still partying at hotel at 3-4am

Amazing stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

We loved the very polite and always smiling and helpful hotel crew. The surrounding areas were amazing, the pool and the bar but also the spacious parking in the hotel. The room was very spacious, beds were amazingly comfortable and cleaning service was provided everyday. Breakfast was OK. Without the slight inconveniences mentioned below this would be a 10 out of 10 for us. We would definitely stay again in this place when we visit Malia again, highly recommended!

Cons:

We felt the lightning in the room could be improved, especially in the toilet, where it felt really dark. Additionally, there was no mosquito cover on one of the windows, this could be easily improved. Wifi had its struggles too (probably not enough for work) but OK for everything else I guess.

Hôtel charmant et bien placé
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, la cuisine du restaurant en demi pension très bonne. La piscine est très propre et les propriétaires très accueillants et au petit soin. La localisation accès rapide sur plusieurs villes à visiter autour.

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre, on entend un peu trop les voisins d'à côté et au-dessus de la chambre.

Pros:

Lovely staff, it was easy to find and get there from the main road, there were always parking spaces for the hotel at least when I was there mid may.
They had a pool and pool bar and an amazing attentive bar man. Breakfast was good. . The shower was clean and big.

Cons:

Nothing really was all good for the price.

Fijn dat je geen handdoekje hoefde te leggen,
Super aardig personeel! Niet opdringend maar gewoon aardig ;-)
Kamer was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien

Cons:

Ontbijt was summier maar prima! Miste wel vers fruit voor in de yoghurt.

Andere verwachtingen qua voorzieningen, wel ontzettend aardig personeel!
Pros:

Appartement was heel ruim, mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, iedere dag flesjes water aangevuld, personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad was mooi.

Cons:

Op Booking.com werd geadverteerd met dat er een speelgelegenheid voor kinderen was, dit stond op een van de foto’s. Helaas bleek dat in werkelijkheid niet zo te zijn, de speeltoestellen waren niet aanwezig. Nadat wij dit hebben aangegeven, is excuses aangeboden en is de betreffende foto weggehaald, wat erg fijn is. Desalniettemin waren wij wel teleurgesteld hierover en heb ik aangegeven dat als we dit hadden geweten, we waarschijnlijk iets anders hadden geboekt doordat we met kleine kinderen reisden en er verder geen voorzieningen voor de kinderen waren.

Er was 1 kinderstoel voor het gehele complex beschikbaar en daardoor niet te gebruiken in het appartement.

Slaapkamers voorzien van witte rolgordijnen waar de zon al vroeg doorheen komt, dit hebben we zelf opgelost door de ramen af te plakken.

Kortom: met kleine kinderen zou ik een andere accommodatie boeken. Wanneer je met oudere kinderen of enkel met volwassenen reist, is dit een prima verblijf.
