Pros:

Lovely old style hotel located in the centre of the city. The room was large with high ceiling and had balcony with view of Sassi. It was very quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, lovely cakes and croissants. All in all an enjoyable stay.

抜群のロケーションと、広々とした部屋
Pros:

便利なロケーション。中心部になるので荷物を持って階段を上り下りする必要がありません。
地図を使って町の概要を説明していただいて助かりました。
部屋から旧市街が見渡せ、テラスもついていて、天井も高く非常に広々とした部屋でした。

Cons:

部屋のフリッジにあるミネラルウォーターが有料であることはチェックインに教えていただければよかったと思います。
部屋にも特に記載がなく、レセプションに確認しなければいけませんでした。

Pros:

Struttura in posizione top per visitare Matera, camera moderna e molto grande, silenziosissima, ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità sia dolce che salata, personale molto gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Se proprio devo fare una critica, l'aver fatto pagare l'acqua che avevamo preso dal frigo della camera, non essendoci indicati da nessuna parte i prezzi pensavamo fosse compresa

Location stategica struttura curata

In realtà l'hotel é un 4 stelle, penso sia stato ristrutturato da poco, design veramente bello arredato con gusto e funzionale! Letto e cuscini comodi! Posizione veramente strategica in centro ma senza la scomodità di un posto in mezzo ai sassi con scalini vari... Ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza delle zanzariere e la finestra in bagno!

Cons:

Non mi piace che ci sia il copriletto/piumino perché non penso venga lavato per ogni cliente. I cornetti della colazione non erano granché.

The room is really clean and everything looks pretty new .
The location is great, right in Matera's center,we had a very nice view from the window. .
The breakfast was pretty standard. But the pastries and cake were very good.

Cons:

It's a shame there isn't a bar on the terrace. It's a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

Chambre non rénovée,très petite pas de place pour poser les valises,salle de bain minuscule, pour ouvrir et fermer la porte il faut rentrer dans la douche et en plus pas de pression d'eau.
Pas de plateau de courtoisie avec bouilloire .
